The service was amazing the person who took our order was very attentive and kind. The food we ordered was also good. The atmosphere of the place was nice and cozy. Only reason for not 5 stars is we can't fairly judge not having tried any of the coffee and bakery items.

Went there this morning as Exeter coffee was closed so I thought I would give this place a try... there was people waiting everywhere I ordered a iced coffee and a cinnamon roll got my cinnamon roll after 20 min I asked about the coffee a few min later she comes back and is like prob another 5 min... the people in front of me waited about 15 for a cup of black coffee.. I ended up having to walk out with out my coffee.. the place looked very promising but very slow on service...

My friend brought me here yesterday and it was a first time visit for me. I had the pumpkin danish which was really good. I decided to bring my husband and daughter here today to try them but the service we got was disappointing. The person in front of me ordered all that was in the shelf except for one. I simply asked if they happened to have any more available only to be laughed at in annoyance stating "yes we do but it's going to be a while" I told her we didn't mind waiting and she said "well, how many are you gonna want all together?" I responded just 3 if that's ok and she proceeded to roll her eyes and said they have 3 but would only sell me 2. I was confused as to why she let the customer in front of me order 5 and is limiting me to 2 after asking how many I wanted. All the while being completely rude and unprofessional. The food may be good here but then again I've only had their danishes. The customer service is a 0 for me. I wouldn't recommend this business based on the experience I was given today.

What a delight to walk into! It smells nice and there are little fresh plastic sealed cookies & books you can buy to put in gift baskets, packages, or stockings. Had the comforting turkey crepe (if you like that kind of cheese) and took home some pastries. Thank you Jessica for such a warm welcome. Will definitely be back to this charming town to eat & shop some more (;

Went here on a Monday morning. The place was pretty busy, and parking was easy to find.I was very excited to try this place since it's a Guatemalan-family bakery, and they sell champurrada. A sesame-based cookie that's great for dunking on coffee or milk. I ordered a coconut champurrada and a spicy empanada of beef and chicken. The empanadas were so savory! The seasonings used for it were exactly how I remembered them in Guatemala. The tomato sauce served on the side brought back so many memories of Guatemalan cooking. Sweet and a little thick on the texture. It paired perfectly with the spice of the empanada.Overall, I absolutely recommend this place for a good breakfast. Most of the pastries are American-based, but the champurrada and hojaldras are an absolute must if you want a taste of Guatemalan pastries. The service was really good and the environment is so relaxing! Bonus points for Christian-themed instrumental songs playing in the background. I'll definitely return to try more of their pastries!

WOW!!!If you have never been to this little bakery in downtown, EXETER, you must take a drive and visit. It is to die for every single item I have had so far from their selection has been hands-down, some of the best pastries I've had in a very long time. you can tell the pastry chef here who is also, the owner put a lot of love into his baking skills to produce a mouthwatering delicacies. I love coming here ordering a coffee, a couple of pastries and sitting on the big brown couch and listening to their nice classical music. It is super relaxing. It really drops my blood pressure down, while enjoying this amazing pastries.

Coffee was crappy bean tea. Poor girl had 5 cups to fill with a half a pot... She added water... OR the coffee just sucked. Poor kid was taking orders, filling orders, making coffee, taking food orders to the back, bringing orders to the tables. Maybe just under staffed. Would not recommend. 1/10.
