Bathroom was dirty and no soapWorkers are dressed with home clothes very unprofessional, no uniform.Cashier was calling me "dude" and asked me "what do I want" when I came to pay for my meal.
Just went through the drive thru to get an iced tea and got all the way home and noticed that McDonalds added extra protein to my drink. A spider!?! This is beyond nasty! I tried calling several times but no one bothered to answer.

My daughter went through the drive thru to get me an iced tea. Didn't notice until she got home that there's a huge spider inside. Of course they're not answering. They're open until 11 pm. Looks like a black widow but I can be certain cause well, it's dead. This is so nasty.*Update* I finally talked to the general manager, Jim. He was very apologetic on the phone and offered two free meals. When we went to collect said meals, he was none too pleased. He told us to hurry as there were other customers behind us. Paying customers. While I'm glad that this is resolved, I will never go to this particular restaurant again. I highly recommend that no one else does either.
