Hubby seen this place and we headed over after a workout. Very nice welcome when you come inside. So many options on the menu. From pre workout to post workout, to protein food options. So many choices. I ordered the coffee post workout and my husband ordered a Reese's post. Both were delicious. Gentleman was very kind and helpful. I like that it is dairy free. Excellent menu and service! Highly recommend. Portions are great, everything is delicious and I wish they had more locations in Sacramento! Hopefully they'll continue expanding.

First time here and it did not disappoint. Very Friendly people, and the shakes were delicious! We also had a donut. Protein donuts will obviously not have the same texture as your regular donuts but it was still very delicious. My daughter ate it up and she's a picky eater.
