I went in with extremely low expectations, especially with it being in the mall, but I was happily surprised. The food was actually pretty good. I haven't been to Applebee's in general for years, so I was interested to revisit.I came with my fiancee for the 2/$25 deal that they are currently doing, but we didn't end up choosing from those options.The ribs here are actually on par with, if not better than, Texas Roadhouse. This isn't the highest of highs, but it's another local place.I chose to get the 4-cheese Mac and Cheese with honey and pepper chicken. It was kinda mid, but at least the ribs were good.

We haven't been here in a long time because the service is poor. Nothing has changed. Food was ok but not great. Too many other places available to waste time here.Parking: Parking can be tight with the theater right there. Depends on when you go.

The customer service was terrible I’ve had the same server multiple times(Mark) and each time was given an attitude. My friend ordered a drink this time and didn’t like it he gave us a look that showed that he was very irritated. (This was also the same interaction I had with him last time). I as a shift supervisor for a restaurant find it very unprofessional. I understand it isn’t easy working in customer service, but save the attitude for when you’re off the floor do not mug a customer for not liking something. The manager on shift reaction was not one I was looking for. She simply just stared at us in confusion asked if we wanted a new server and walked away.

I’m not usually one to comment on peoples stupidity, but we ordered takeout today from this location and it was horrible. We went in to place the takeout order, the “takeout server” came up and took our order, I had to explain and repeat myself 3 different times. I confirmed on 2 instances we want 2 orders of garlic Parmesan wings and the server proceeded to say “so buffalo wings right”?. I also confirmed with her we wanted the chicken nachos, and after 5 minutes of going back to the kitchen, she came back again to confirm beef or chicken. At that point, we knew our food was going to be wrong because she clearly was not listening or paying any attention. We were told 15 minutes, and we went back after 20 minutes but still waited. Once we finally got our food, we checked and we ordered breadsticks, we were charged $8 and we were given ONE breadstick. The garlic and parmesan sauce was missing off the order of wings AND they only gave us 1 order of wings. So we brought it up to the server and she went back, then proceeded to ask us for $14 more because she forgot to make it 2 orders. How does someone forget when they were told 3 different times?? We paid, asked for a supervisor and were given a pathetic free appetizer coupon. Once our “corrected” order came back, we checked it again because clearly no one in that building has listening skills and of course, we now have just TWO breadsticks, and we’re missing the ranch for our second order of wings. My husband went back and asked for the rest of our order, and finally a different server went to get it but we were tired of it and left without talking to another manager. I don’t understand how a whole kitchen plus a server is so incompetent that you can get an order SO wrong more than once. We understand people have bad days, but to sit there and write things down and shake your head, then read back a completely wrong order and not be able to correct it twice, I don’t understand how you can run a business with employees like this. Edited to add, while we were there, there was a family that walked in and the hostess was no where to be seen. It took over 10 minutes for the hostess to come back to the front and by then, the family was gone.
