Service was really great. Me and my gf came here and the service was fast and they were nice. The food was very warm. The server got us everything we needed. I will definitely be coming back.

Now, I absolutely loved this place. All thr waiters were sooo nice and the food was very good. I was even offered by my waitress for extra ranch. Not once did i have to ask for any napkins, utensils, or any other side. I was welcomed with open arms and felt at home. This is a very underrated location. Will be going again. #

It's ok for a sports bar/restaurant if you like finger food, I don't so I do not care much for Buffalo Wild Wings. I ordered the brisket burger & they add $4 for 5.5 small pieces (barely 1"x1"x1/8") of brisket.
I went on 11.19.23 to celebrate some good news with my kids and grandkids. I was the first to arrive at 4:10pm, noticed on the window that they were not serving, hamburgers, tacos, grilled chicken or birddogs (assumption was there grill was broken), there was literally no one in the restaurant and had to wait about 8 minutes to be acknowledged by anyone as there were no workers around. Finally a man came from the kitchen area grabbed a cup from behind the front counter, walked behind me and went to the soda machine. First, he didn't acknowledge me and second he was higher than a kite. A girl came out from the bar area and finally noticed me. I asked when the bar area would be open and she told me 4:30. I ran a quick errand in the mall and came back about 4:45 and was greeted within a minute. Was told the bar area wasn't open as there was no bartender there yet. Then I noticed that they only had less than half of the taps working at the bar. I used to love going there when the service and food was good. But these past few years they have gone downhill. The place is dirty, sticky floors in the bar area, food on the floor. The bathrooms are always dirty with trash on the floors. Management really needs to get on the ball with their restaurant and get it back up to par like it used to be and order accordingly.

Yes . We went there Saturday and this is the worst restaurant we been to . The wait is too long and when we went inside & ordered our food it's way too long for the food to serve & we ordered traditional half with bones & half boneless with fries but the order came & it's chicken only no fries so I ask the waitress for the fries & she said the cooks or someone in the kitchen didn't give her fries & I order onion rings but none of those came so I ask again for it .same answer . Gee what kind of restaurant is this . Imagine eating chicken wings without fries.so I called the manager & talked to her and I told her this is the worst restaurant & will never coming back here . And inside the restaurant the floor was filthy.

This was the worse dining experience for our family. We should have left upon arrival when we saw multiple dirty tables waiting to be cleaned. Not taken to a table but pointed to a table by the hostess. My husband said it smelled dirty like the ball pit at ChuckECheese, I don't know how much time went by before our drinks were taken. Food came out randomly and spread apart, not even close to being served together as a family. Food was just gross. So disappointing for our hungry family and kids. Just felt like we were a problem to the staff, and a waste of $$$ to take our kids out.

This business has a lot of tvs but if the game you want to see isn't playing the staff seems unable to get the game on. I've been here several times and always have the same problem. Look the customers aren't coming here for the food. They're coming to watch the game. Please teach the staff how to work the tv's.
