they’re always understaffed, it takes forever to get my food, the place looks horrible and feels horrible to be in, while at least every other fast food place on the same street looks nice the owner seems like he’s very stingy and can’t renovate the place because of greed. I go in and it doesn’t feel like a place i can sit down and eat. i’m writing this while waiting in line in the drive thru. this, it’s been 10 minutes and there's only two cars in front of me. the food is what you expect from BK. Most of the workers are fine.

Horrible customer serviceI had a coupon for large French fries and drink and the manager day because I am using coupons it reduces the size to small and I request dr pepper drink and she gave me cokecola because that is what the coupons says, are friking kidding me????

Every single time I go here, the woman taking orders is rude. She won’t let you talk. Cuts you off. Doesn’t answer your questions. Won’t repeat back the order even when asked. I will no longer go there after today. She needs to learn customer service!Mind you the reason I asked her to repeat the order is because before (many times) has messed up my orders.This Burger King needs to train on customer service better.

The lady at the window was great and made it a great experience! All the food was hot for the most part. One thing, I specifically asked (and paid for) not only cheese on my Whopper, but TWO cheeses on my Whopper, and there were none. It was also missing bacon. So that was disappointing but I had a big order and everything else was correct and decent quality.The lady at the window went above and beyond by offering me a sample when I decided to be adventurous and try a new drink because they were out of what I originally wanted, I should have asked her name!

Usually much slower than McDonalds so this spot has been the sleeper, I’ve lucked out to be the only car in line or behind one car the last 10+ or so trips. (Lucky me) good fries, I use the app or coupons in the mail. Haven’t been disappointed yet: 4 stars.

This must be the worst franchise Burger King has in the whole world. I live less than a mile away from this horrible place that is actually owned by a proud franchisee as the sign on the drive through window proclaimed. Before posting on Yelp I have reached out to the corporate office a few times, because the service is subpar to every other BK I've been to, but today was the last time I will ever go back to this filthy so called restaurant. There was only one car ahead of me when I pulled in to the drive through pickup and the person in the car was yelling that the order was wrong, but the woman at the window said that she had done the order according to the way the customer had ordered. 15 minutes later the order was finally corrected and the customer drove away. Now it's my turn and she says "what did you order ", and I said "if you don't know what I ordered then you should give me my money back, because I ordered on the app". Then a guy showed up at the window holding my order. Total time 30 minutes which is crazy for fast food. I say f:-/?-3BK. No more

Disrespectful workers whom seem to hate their job and feeds on displeasing their customers. I have stomach ulcers and cant eat marinera sauce and the lady refused to substitute the sauce for my mozzarella sticks. Told me id have to pay for the sauce if i wanted bbq instead. An only gave me 1 sauce wen i ordered 2 8 pieces. One for me an another for my wife. Food is slopped together don't go here please save your money and timeWheelchair accessibility: Ramp

Ordered 3 items 2 of which were chicken jrs with no mayo or lettuce add spicy sauce and come to find mayo on both…. Proceed to go inside and tell them what’s wrong. I received my food and left and the first one was completely plain & the other one had mayo still! Not sure if they didn’t care or gave me the one I gave them back but just pitiful & bad enough the phones don’t work at any BK location I can imagine the amount of complaints they get. I will be reaching out to a higher authority in the corporate office too

Really bad service was so dirty when I walked in. Ceiling was molded and disgusting. Workers were rude and I am positive that one of the employees spit in my soda.. . @ ... yk who u are
