DO NOT COME HERE!!! Found a hair in my food and then had chicken fries thrown at my chest!! Not how you treat customers when all I asked was if the lady cooking could simply remake the food. Very very rude and unprofessional.

Window person needs to learn how to multi-task. Only 1 car ahead of me and I was told to hold on. I only needed to order 2 items which he could have done when the car in front pulled up. I could hear him talking to cust, few min later he asked for my order. Not major but other locations work faster.

Unbelievably rude. Computer was down at walk up window. They could not take my order through the window and put in the drive thru computer. Even though I waited until their was no line. I am pregnant and had my trailer with me.

Pull into drive thru and they ask for my order. I'm using one of the new mailed out coupons. Certainly not eating here or most fast foods without a coupon any more. Everything, including food cost and labor cost has devastated fast food prices. Back to story. I explained that I was using a BURGER KING COUPON and described the meal deal. Reply with horribly heavy Hispanic accent. "I don't have that meal on my keyboard!" I repeated that I have a mail coupon and that's the meal offered and told her the coupon code and said that the manager should teach you how to enter corporate codes to get the meals right. I repeated the order again and she replied with disgusting broken english. Seriously, train your employees right and require them to speak REAL ENGLISH!!!!Steer clear of this BK. Just look at the numerous, pathetic reviews.

Avoid this one like it's contaminated by anthrax! Worst customer service of any Burger King, and that's a low bar anyway.If you're going to accept "pick up" orders on the BK app, then people should be able to pick up there orders. Seems like a simple concept, right? Not to these in-duh-viduals. An obnoxiously rude woman told me i had to go through the drive thru, which had an insanely long line. Her excuse was she was working "alone". Maybe she was the only one in front, but there were others there. Regardless, it was two steps between the drive through window and the pickup window. So this excuse was bogus.Then, when I finally get to the order speaker, she bellows at me "cash only". I guess where she's from that's a greeting.Never ever go here! It's faster to drive to another store.
