This place is consistently very good and family owned. It's really a four start spot but I'll keep it at one until they resolve issue #1. Two issues: we have tried to go there twice in the past two weeks (Friday and a Sunday) and they were closed both days (around 7pm). No sign indicating why. Out of business? On vacation? Either way, a sign would be nice. Also, the crinkle cut fries you folks switched to gotta go... otherwise, this place hits the spot. Once you guys open back up I'll put the review where it belongs (4 star).

I would have loved to not write this review. I would have preferred to tell the manager myself as he was asking people in the dining room what they thought (wait, that sounds like something a franchise owner would do, not a low-paid manager). The franchise owner guy didn't ask me. Guess I looked like somebody whose opinion doesn't matter? Just gonna say these three things: The patties tasted like they were frozen and reheated, not a raw piece of ground meat that'd just been cooked. If somebody is able to tell the difference between the 3 types of beef they advertise, that'd be amazing. The sides (sweet potato and onion rings) did not taste like they had just come from a deep frier, they were warm and soft and dry like they'd been sitting in a convection warmer. Not golden brown as delicious. And the location of the coke freestyle machine (touch screen is awkwardly slow, but that's not their fault) is probably an ADA violation. It's an aisle narrower than 36". It's so tight that if one is standing at the dispenser, nobody can get by, either to/from the restroom or the kitchen. Never again.

Hawaiian Fish sandwich was delicious as were the fries, onion rings and mozzarella sticks. The two burgers were not great, just basic and needed additional seasoning or less cooking. The bacon that came on them was disgusting and looked spoiled(see photo) so I won't be ordering bacon on anything if we go back. Service was good and friendly, just bummed out about the bacon.

I'm not the biggest burger fan but this place was surprisingly good, I had the family pack which is worth it, you get a bit if everything so my kids loved it, they had wings, fries, burgers and chicken sandwiches, the only thing I wasn't in love with was the fries, they were not as crispy as I like them. Overall everything elsev was delish I will be coming back.

Lots of choices for beef, turkey, chicken and vegetarian lovers! Love the fry options. Garlic aioli was awesome. I want it to try their Mediterranean menu next time.

Came with my family. We ordered over $50 of food. One sandwich was horrible tasting, they offered 15%off, not- to remake, or try something new. "You pay for our errors." Another had rotten lettuce, no excuse. Another missing avocado, they made me undo the burger completely to see they for got it. And the sodas were flat and they did not taste like soda. Lastly, the guy at the register went to the bathroom and played with his hair, door open. Did not wash his hands. We will not be back.

Spider webs on the lights and on the Register. The cooks in the back are not masked, the don't wear gloves, and don't wear hair nets or hats... The restaurant was empty when I walked in, from ordering to receiving my meal took 19 minutes. The cashier kept going the kitchen to talk to the cooks and was showing them stuff on his phone, distracting them from making my meal. I'm sorry for complaining but that wait time and lack of cleanliness is a no for me. The chicken strips arrived overcooked and dry as heck. I took a few bites and I couldn't get them down, I asked the cashier for a refund or even a partial refund since I did take a few bites. He said, "don't know if I can, I can look into it..." I explained to him that the chicken was very tough and overcooked...he said, "sorry there's nothing we can do about it..." big yikes

I do not recommend!! I had the Cowboy beef burger and garlic aioli fries. Hurt my stomach and gave me diarrhea about two hours later. ?

Fries are unique and delicious! Everything was very good with friendly service even though they were quite busy with take out orders. Not far off the freeway. I had the fish sandwich which was flaky and surprisingly tasty, especially for a burger place. Beef burgers were also good. We will be back on our next road trip.

good food, flavor and quality. the chicken is packed with flavor and the burgers are good and fresh. if you don't like strong halal flavors, don't get a platter. it's not for the weak palates.

BurgerIM has become an almost weekly trip for me (don't judge, lol) since the peak of Covid in 2020. First, as a great take out option when no restaurants were doing dine in, to now, it's just a great place to recieve an excellent burger. My go-to is to the Greek Lamb Burger with half sweet potato and half house fries, cut into rounds like chips. The lamb is tasty and the tzaziki, red onions, tomato, and greens just make it perfect. They have many other options if lamb isn't your thing too, from an Angus beef, salmon, and falafel burger. And if you can't decide, the also offer a duo or trio sliders option. The employees are always friendly, fast and for the most part, efficient. I have had two take out orders that were not filled correctly but other than that I have always been more than pleased. So, if you have yet to try BurgerIM and want a phenomenal burger, I'd make it a point to try them sometime soon!

Delicious burgers and fries! The shakes were also great. We ordered through a delivery service and everything was still warm by the time we got it which was a plus!

The first time I was introduced to Burgerim, it was around the time the pandemic started, maybe early March of 2020. Their burgers, chicken strips and fries are extraordinary. My all-time favorite fries that I highly recommend is the garlic aioli fries. The sauce itself is super duper tasty and the fries are unlike those traditional fries. They are sliced in a circular form like how you would slice a potato in potato gratin. And as for the four-piece chicken strips, I highly recommend the sweet crunchy chili garlic sauce. Super tasty and savory.
