Compelled to write negative review, Wish I can give Minus points to save my fellow goers from disappointments as experienced by me. 1) Calls herself "manager"- Angela is Hispanic American (I mean no offense.g Xenophobia), has been , she still is and will remain Most Arrogant, Rogue, has phobias of humans and is unable to learn even most basic human courtesies. Her postmenopausal defiant attitude has made me Anti Carl's Jr loyal based on few insatiable experiences ( three in A row).2) online orders aren't showing up on their computers despite its on our mobile phone and she will refuse to read, acknowledge and mend errors. Not once, twice or thrice but over 70% of time. you end up dealing with corporate customer service which should be unnecessary in first place.3) I had to walk out of the store due to her filthy and Fart'y attitude, without my paid order, so Now I have to deal with my credit card folks as well, also undue.4) I am WITHDRAWING MY REWARDS membership + vow to NEVER EVER VISIT THIS LOCATION as long as so called tyrant Angela remain employed.5) Needless to say I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO MY LOVED ONE'S.6)Hope upper management is taking a NOTICE TO AMEND CHANGES.

The guy that works there is really nice ?????? the lady is a bcth I got 2 onion rings two zucchinis one large fry and five chicken tenders she gave me two ranches I asked for more and she wanted to charge me $0.25 for each extra one that I wanted I could not even get barbecue sauce after spending all that money there I'll never go back that is so sadThis place is GHETTO BUT THE GUY IS REALLY NICE

Drive Thru order taker was rude as hell. Spoke in a low tone then got attitude when i asked about the menu cause i couldnt find an item. Kept raising his voice when talking about said item so i said never mind you have an attitude and i left. If your gonna work customer service dont start off your interaction by being rude right out the gate.

(Edit: after a brief conversation with the officer who is working on our case he mentioned that food tampering is now being prosecuted as terrorism and that the workers on duty yesterday evening as well as the owner may be brought up on terrorism charges). (Edit it's amazing what a simple lab result could produce from a cup of soda, the lab tech concluded that just 1 or 2 more ml of visine and my son could have died, waiting for the officer handling the case to reply after these findings. That being said this may be an attempted murder case now, we'll be notifying all the local news stations by Monday) Careful about your demeanor while you visit this establishment. My son was poisoned last night by the workers there just because we tried to use a coupon through there app for there new Guac burger, and the worker there had the attitude to basically say they have absolutely no idea they even had an app. We drove off and came back a few hours later once we figured it out ourselves. Almost immediately my son started to develop sleepiness and difficulty breathing along with heart palpitations after drinking just there soda and was hospitalized that evening, being diagnosed with Tetrahydrozoline Poisoning. Tetrahydrozoline poisoning happens when you criminally pour half a bottle of Visine into someones drink. A lawsuit will be filled, the police are currently investigating and we are pressing charges, luckily my son is feeling a lot better now. One way or another these child abusers will pay for what they've done I promise you I will never stop! I will update my post with the names of the workers that were there the night this happened and I will make sure the entire world knows of these child abusers. And when they end up behind bars I will make sure every prisoner there knows they abuse children.

THIS IS THE WORST CARLS JR.......MAKE THAT THEE WORST FAST FOOD WORKER I've ever encountered and that's saying alot, since I'm 52 years old. I eat out ALOT. I WAS ACTUALLY CRAVING A WESTERN BACON CHEESEBURGER COMBO FROM CARLS JR. I ENDED UP LEAVING WITHOUT ORDERING AFTER ALL. CHICK-FIL-A IT IS TONIGHT. WE HAVE TONS OF CHOICES OF WHERE TO EAT, THEY BETTER SECRET SHOP THIS GENTLEMAN IN THE NEAR FUTURE. HE WILL BE SAYING " WOULD YOU LIKE FRIES WITH THAT?" FOR THE REST OF HIS LIFE, UNLESS HE IMPROVES HIS WORK ETHIC. I AM POLITE WHEN I ORDER. I SAY HELLO, HOW ARE YOU, & THANK YOU. THE PEOPLE AT McDonald's know me embarrassingly too well. I'M NOT A FAN OF COOKING. All I wanted was a #3 Western Combo. THE ONE LISTED ON THE DRIVE THRU SCREEN FOR $10.49. THIS IDIOT WANTED TO DEBATE WITH ME ON SIZE AND PRICES, MIND YOU ON THE SCREEN OUT HERE THERE ARE NO SIZES LISTED NEXT TO THE PRICE, So, I clearly said more than twice, whatever size combo is the 10.49 because that's what I want. He was clearly bored because he wanted to keep asking me what size, I said there are no sizes listed on the menu out here, maybe there are inside or on your register, but out here it just says 10.49. I FIGURED IF HE WANTED TO KEEP PLAYING AROUND, I just assume not order anymore. I worked 7A-3:30P and I just wanted to order dinner and go home. I guess he found himself amusing, but when I pulled thru the drive thru, he was even less professional, because I asked to speak to a manager, he claimed he was it. For Carl's Jr.'s sake, I hope he was lying. But, I told him he should work on treating customers better, and that I just wanted to order and he was silly and rude to me. I told him instead of arguing with customers he should've said sorry if he came across rude, he said I should learn to order right. In all my 52 years no one has ever said I don't order right?????? What I was a manager for over 20 years and if this is the type of employee working for me, he wouldn't be very long. I don't know if Carl's Jr. has a training program on service like Disney does, but this "Manager" needs some additional training, especially if this is his idea of leading by example, this particular restaurant will have a manager setting an awful example to his direct reports. The fact that I took the time to write this review, take his picture, and leave a message on McDonald's site should let everyone know that this was an unforgettable experience, and not in a good way.

DONT EAT HERE!!! Service sucked. Ana needs to be trained on customer service. She was rude, argumentative & loud!!! /she definitely doesnt need to work the window!!! This restaurant is going downhill & it just lost my family's contribution. We wont return as long as Ana is working window! We'll drive to VV fm now on.

Went to the drive-through was the only customer was asked to pull around for an extended wait regardless after 15 minutes waiting in the parking lot when inside to ask for a refund so I could leave manager was extremely rude. Staff was extremely rude won't be back.

I understand this is fast food so quality is not going to be its best, but when I saw we threw away half of our order I would be saying a lot. From what we overheard while eating, the cook knows absolutely nothing about cooking. Our buns were not heated yet had char All over, my grilled chicken club was drenched in mayo, and our fries were dripping oil. We paid $50 and regretted picking this place over any other fast food joint. It's sad to say that the manager either doesn't care or doesn't know that his cook has no idea what he is doing and when told by another employee he simply argues back in Spanish.
