Really good tasting food without a doubt, My wife and I both love the California Chicken and the Philly Cheesesteak is done right. For some reason, the way they list the price on the receipt seems like you're paying too much for what you ordered. I will make my order and make it a meal... I hope they are not over charging because it feels like they are. Most of the time when needed, we will get a free drink refill, except for the last visit. They charged for the full price on the refill. Need consistency on the policy.

My son wanted to try a Philly cheesesteak here, I ordered a strawberry lemonade and cheesesteak. We sat down and as he was drinking his lemonade he gets a fruit fly in his mouth. We open the drink and it has several large fruit flies in it. Absolutely disgusting! We give the drink back and ask for our money back for the food, we didn't want to eat or drink there after that. I'm going to file a report to hopefully get some health inspectors in there because this was completely unacceptable and it makes my stomach turn knowing my son drank that drink with fruit flies in it. Worst part is that we gave the drink back and the customer after us ordered a strawberry lemonade and they still served it. This is an employee/ business problem, this should not happen ever.
The food was okay but the cook has a horrible attitude and doesn't smile. I made my order and sat down and she called my order on the other side of the restaurant after watching where I sat. When I finally heard her, she walked over with an attitude and handed my food to me with a frown on her face and didn't say thank you or anything and walked away. No one else was in line. Won't be back here again.

I don’t understand this place, I’ve gone to this location 3 times around 7pm and they were already closed. Hours of operation says until 8pm. If you’re going to be closed an hour before the mall closes, then say that.

I asked for a small steak sandwich for my 5 year old son, with just meet but it barely had any. I would not recommend this place, I would rather go to the Philly Chease Steak Shop.

On 8-7-22 The cashier was RUDE, nonchalant, couldnt answer simple questions properly. The older female cook, mean mugged every time she looked up at the customers. The guy calling the completed orders even allowed a RANDOM young man to TAKE my food away and bring it back without even checking the ticket. I saw the entire thing. The Young man did walk 10 feet away. I yelled out my order number and the young man brought the food back. HE DIDNT EVEN HAVE A ORDER. Absolutely horrible customer service. When I called for a Manager during the week to report this unprofessional weekend activity, I never got a call back. PLEASE DONT EAT HERE, you will be SORRY! If I could I would give 0 stars, but you have to put at least 1 star!!!

First time trying Charley's and was disgusted. Didn't even eat it. We ordered one Philly with bacon and green peppers and banana peppers, and it came with just banana peppers, no bacon, green peppers. My husband ate it because he was hungry, but mine on the other hand was supposed to be CHICKEN Philly with green and banana peppers, ranch and Mayo, and I got a dry, steak, with like a splash of Mayo on one side.. I've never seen an order not only so wrong but so disgusting looking... immediately in the trash.
