Came to play some DDR today, got kicked out for bringing in a water bottle. Crazy how you guys have a water fountain that fills up water bottles right next to the machine. Actual insane mixed messaging.

Came for the 50% off food because heck yeah for deals!!!! We came aeound 9:30pm on a Friday night. They weren't incredibly busy or full, however we did have to wait a bit for service; the host seated us rather quickly but we had to wait a bit for our server to get to us. Now to the food. First of all, half off is such a good deal especially when ordering a bunch of appetizers. However, we weren't a fan of the chicken cantina nacho; they just tasted like something I could easily make at home with some canned nacho cheese and didn't have much chicken. The Nashville hot checking wings was absolutely not spicy. The sliders were really yummy as long as you added some sort of condiments (we added mustard and ranche dressing).

Ate here yesterday for lunch. No one one sat us so we satnourselves at the bar. No one was tending to the bar. Then we find out the server was also the bartender. Place had decent amount of people eating st lunch and was very slow service. Not the server's fault she was the only one. We sat a bit til we were tended to. The male manager very slim came up to ask what we wanted to drink. He just poured us 2 waters. The server shortly came to us and took our orders. We wanted to make sure one of our order was a side item of fries. We let the manager know. He said ok. He didn't communicate it to the server. He went behind the bad and pretended he spoke to her when he clearly didn't. Upon checkout we asked our server if we got charged the fries as a side. She said no and it was full price as manager failed to communicate that with her. As the manager, he should have fixed the pricing and communicated with the server knowing she was the only person serving/bartending. He disappeared the whole time we dined. The manager sucks. He should have helped her bring out the food and watched the bar or some of her tables. Nor did he even walk around to check if the diners needed anything. He's a terribel manager. I really don't think he would be in the back helping put the food together as service was very slow. We sincerely felt bad for our server. She was kind and understanding and most of all hard working. We didn't care about her slow service. We too work as servers and understand. What we are upset about is the manager not there to help or check on the guests. Can't believe he couldn't even help her. I would like to speak to corporate about this manager. What a terrible manager.

Was really looking forward to my meal. But cold fries? And then after you pay, no receipt nor was I offered one. Strange payment system at the table. Or maybe I don't go out to enough to experience such thing.

Customer Service is excellent and awesome! The guy with a curly hair and his short small manager(I forgot to ask for their names) helped me with the card problem that I encountered. They deserve a Kudos!!!
It's ridiculous that you have to flag down so many servers just for someone to get our orders in. And when you ask for help or to follow up on our orders No one helped! It took 1 hour for us to finally get our food. Utterly ridiculous service!! And when I finally told our server he offered to get us something in the meantime since our food is not done yet. So he got us fries only for me to have to pay for it!!!

Very slow service, felt like I was being ignored, had to flag down someone after sitting for 15 minutes to even get a menu. I even seen people leaving before being served. I mean acknowledge that I’m here and you’ll be with me when you can. This has happen twice and I discussed this same situation with family, and they agreed, i’m totally different occasions. The bartender is the tall black bald guy, seems like he hates his job. Won’t be going back. And I’m sure others feel the same. Very poor customer service.

Tonight, I decided to stop in for a quick drink and bite to eat before my appointment. I was helped by Matt at the bar, and although he was alone working the bar, the service was great, and I didn't wait as long as expected. My food was brought out by Matthew( just that fast I forgot his name, but I think this was it? He also was friendly and provided great service and didn't get irritated like some waiters have in the past, when I asked for a to go box. Overall, the food the service was great, and I appreciate it. Thank you to both gentlemen. Also, to the cook, the wings I ordered were done right.
