Less busy the the one in vacaville. Decent service. The ones in Dixon are much better though.Edit 03/08/24There was an employee just screaming for like a few solid minutes ending in her just screaming at the top of her lungs for 30 seconds or so and saying you are triggering me. Very unprofessional don't think I'll be coming back to this location if it happens again.

I'm only giving 5 stars to the girl that took my order for an Americano with mocha and peppermint.Service.. a very long time for 2 cars 4 drinks total almost 35 mins.Coffee isn't that complicated.
Nasty! Used to be my favorite place! Im done with this coffee! Especially at this location! Ridiculous! Service is horrible!! They had no more heavy cream which made my drink absolutely disgusting! Worst experience! Didnt even offer me a different drink because they ran out of their product to make my drink! I came all the way from Vallejo area (I even told them that) just to wait in a line for over 25minutes which was absolutely not worth the wait!! NOT HELPFUL LIKE SOMEWHAT BEFORE!!! NOTHING!! I feel like I was robbed of my money and given garbage to drink! I will never go here again anywhere to any location again!! If I could give them less then a 0 rating I would because they dont even deserve a 1!!

No brainer they have the busiest coffee business along with expertise choice on the fresh coffee beans ,and special blends for its customers..Dutch Bros Coffee is a must try it . You can partake in the victory of the a cup of java that has the drive thru lines around the corner and bumper to bumper .

I would like to give them a higher rating than a one star. But I have given the wrong drink twice in one week . I understand it's a busy week and they are swamped but not getting what I ordered twice in a 3 day period. Please slow down and make sure your giving the right drink to the correct customer.

We were in the area & we love coffee so we made it a point to stop by! At first the line looked like it was going to take some time but they actually had two drive through lines & it moved pretty quick! I ordered the hazelnut truffle mocha & my husband got one of their peppermint drinks. One star taken off because we asked the worker what holiday drinks they had and she only mentioned 3 of them. Turns out, they had a lot of different ones! Regardless, our drinks were spot on & would definitely come back again if we're ever in the area.
