Used Favela's for a staff luncheon and the food was incredible. Maria and the cook (didn't get his name unfortunatley) were so sweet and very helpful getting everything into my car. Highly suggest this place.

Great service and great food! We've never been here before and tried it out on a fluke and it was great! I ordered the super carne asada burrito, my husband got the carne asada fries and my sister got the loaded quesadilla. 5 stars from us!

I went to.this restaurant and I specifically walked in, because I k ew I couldn't door dash.becuase.i wanted steak on a TACO SALAD AND NO GACAMOLE. I KINDLY DROVE MY OWN VEHICLE WAS VERY POLITE, spoke great English, they repeated everything back and still put the " Damn" GACAMOLE on, so.etimes good service is hard to find or there is a true LANGUAGE BARIERE OR TRUE Ignorance.

Steak fajitas tasted so fresh and delicious! A pretty large portion too leaving me satisfied. I was so hungry and finished all my food. This place really hit the spot. It has a nice ambience inside and outside.

The service was good but the food OMG horrible we had ordered taquitos and this is how they came. No lettuce, no tomatoes. Tasted horrible no flavor I had to order the rice as a side dish. The rice looked really good but again lacked flavor. The chips and salsa also wasn't any-good either. The salsa tasted like enchilada sauce

I've been coming here for years. Awhile back I had asked For a small thing of extra salsa and I was given such a headache about it I even offered to pay for the extra salsa they did not want to give me extra salsa. I stopped going for a couple years. Again this evening I purchased a 14$ burrito, I asked for a small side of salsa because there containers have about 1/2 oz. I was given what they normally give you so I asked again if I could purchase a side of salsa to go with the burrito and the lady was very rude and told me it's on the menu board that they only give one container with a burrito for this reason I will no longer go to favela's! The older lady that works the counter is very rude to customers! Their food is mediocre.

Ummmm.... I've been going to Favelas for over 20 years- it's really nothing special, however their vegetarian burritos are delicious (I'm not a vegetarian either lol). I visited the north Texas location this afternoon and I will make a mental note to act like it doesn't exist anymore. Customer service was absolutely awful. There was an older lady at the register who acted like I wasn't there lol and I was the ONLY person there... now I know why. The Vacaville location is lively and they greet you when you walk in. This location was just depressing

My husband and I decided to give this place a try and ordered two wet burritos to-go. We went to go pick them up and everything seemed fine. The food was decent, nothing special. However, my husband needed to use the restroom, so he went inside asked if he could use their restroom. One of the ladies in the dining area was mopping since they were getting ready to close, and was kind enough to let him go, and pointed him towards the back of the restaurant. Another man that was in the kitchen cooking stopped him , and very rudely told him that they had no restroom and that they were already closed. My husband then left, and right after the older woman at the cashier came out to put their sign in and I asked her if she could give us some disposable utensils, so we could eat our food and she was also very rude in her response as she told us that they were already closed and if we wanted silverware that we would need to ask next time and that she would only give us the silverware this one time even though we didn't ask. If you are looking for a place with great food and customer service, this is not it. Everyone was very rude and kept giving us glaring looks in a unpleasant way.

I ordered a carne asada burrito super. Sorry to say it was not good. Very plain. Salsa was sauce not even real Mexican Salsa. Owners or older couple who were working were not friendly.

Tried Favelas for the first time today. The burritos were yummy and a great size! The chips and salsa were 3$ and no refills which was a bummer. The salsa wasn't super great either. Overall, probably won't be back but not the food is not half bad.
