We showed up at 8 pm And it was closed the door we're already locked it says in the website and yelp it closes at 8:30 pm. Two of the workers standing at the registers watch us try and open the door. They never moved towards us to try and open or tell us they were closed. They kept staring at us..not opening the door. Terrible for business. Will not be returning here.

Years ago this place was the place. SINCE this is the first time we have been seen Covid happened it has lost the ambience of a great hamburger place. The food is fine. Not something to drive over a hundred miles for like we did today. The cashier stood behind the counter ignoring us. Yes. She did this twice. No "Hello, I'll be right there. This is the reason the 3 stars happened. The original rating was 4 stars. So, no we won't be making the drive again.

Nothing spectacular hot dog was grilled as requested could have been hotter with heat, side salad wasn't worth the cost. Two large groups taking up both fireplaces, just visiting while kids played games.

Had a Buffalo burger and my sister had an Elk burger. Kids (ages 5-11) had soda, chicken strips, or cheese burger with fries and cookies. Daughter had chicken strips and chili fries. They make the burger patty and you go and put all the condiments on yourself. Didn't give 5 stars only because there was not a lot of soda / drinks to choose from and the soda ran out from one machine while pouring it.

We were passing through and just wanted to find a place to eat that could accommodate 7 of us on a Sunday evening. I hadn't been to a Fuddruckers in quite a few years. Not sure if it was just the night / timing of our visit but the Restaurant was uncrowded to the point that I would be a little worried about it staying open? This place has GREAT burgers, period ??? The service was certainly good enough, you pick up your food when it's ready as this is not the type of place that has servers for each table... We would definitely go back again, wish we had one a little closer to our home...

Quality burgers and fries. They have nice televisions and a bar area for games. Great for team sports get togethers as they have some large rooms available.
I went in not knowing that the place was a self service restaurant I ordered the over priced hot dog then moved over to the fixings bar that had a sorry selection on lettuce tomatoes and onions but no relish..i need my relish on my hotdogs I b went outside to the seating area where it was freezing cold I took a bite of the hot dog hoping for the best but it was the lowest Quality Meat that I have had in a long time. I could not eat anymore after 2 bites. I also ordered a salad with croutons and chicken and ranch dressing had no flavor and couldn't even really be called ranch It was just some white sauce iceberg lettuce that was wilted it was horrible .they forgot to give me utensils. And when i asked i got the flimsyest plastic fork on the planet ...paid 46 dollars for my meal and 2 others a burger and fish and chips. They too were sub par I will not revisit this place

First review of the New Year! I could've sworn I've done a review for this place before, but the last time I've been here might've been right before I started Yelping! Either way, it's been a minute! And either way, this place is always good! On to the food! I ordered the half pound burger with Swiss cheese (there's a condiment bar with all the fixings). Man, these burger patties are always so tasty! I dunno if it's the kind of beef, the seasoning, or the way they cook it (it's probably all three), but these burgers are always on point! The fries were good as well. Also, the service was good and my meal was ready pretty quickly. I'll definitely be back again in the future.

I went in last night after not going for almost a year. I went in around 7pm and there were only a couple of tables that were occupied. This should have been my first indication. I ordered my burger to go and opted for the combo. The cup that I was given looked like it belonged with a kids meal, it was sooo small. I grabbed a to go container for the produce. I went for the letting and it was wilted and had strange spots on it. I poked around with the tongs and found slimy lettuce underneath. Decided not to get lettuce after that. Went for the tomatoes and they looked like mush. The onions were very dried out as all. I had store provided gloves on so I felt the bottom of the produce trays and they were very warm. Cut produce always has to stay cold on a cold bar or they can make you sick. I asked for a manager so that I could cancel my order. I told the manager about the cold bar and her response, "Oh, I can go get you fresh stuff from the back." That was not the point. I told her that I wanted to cancel because if they don't care about the customer facing cold bar, I cannot imagine what its like in the back. They are going to send someone to the hospital.

Luckily we were able to place a to go order by going inside, we were hungry! Had we gotten there 5mins later than we did we would have been turned away reason being they were closing. This is what happened to customers who got there a little past 7pm this Saturday evening, this is despite the fact online says they're open until 8:30p. I guess Fuddruckers (this location anyway) is rolling in the dough and doesn't need the business to be turning customers away who are willing to pay $$$ for less than mediocre burgers. This isn't the Fuddruckers I remember from back in the days (Union City location used to be the spot!) This will probably be the last time we ever go to Fuddruckers, because of this location. And yes food was blehh

Not too many of these around, the food is always good and fresh. I usually get a bacon bison (buffalo) burger. A great family place, and some arcade games for you and the kids to enjoy.
