Our room was super clean, and the bed was really comfy. The staff was wonderful. The restaurant had great food and drinks. Couldn't ask for a better place to spend my birthday weekend.

This review is solely for the incredible customer service I received from the staff. I recently stayed here for 3 nights for work. After I checked out and was waiting for my flight, I realized I had left my kindle in the room. I called the hotel and they had their housekeeping staff look for my kindle, which they found. The woman at the front desk told me to send them a shipping label and they would mail it back to me. Four days later my kindle was dropped off at my house, packaged better than anything I've bought online. You could tell that they really cared to make sure it made it home undamaged.I just want to thank the housekeeping and front desk staff for their help and absolutely fantastic customer service.

This place charged my card at the bar after I ordered a burger and paid. I was charged for beer and a full meal that totaled an additional 69.98 when the burger I only ordered was 22.09 which was also charged.I’ve been trying to reach someone but no manger is available on site everytime I call as well.Food & drinks: The nexts bar charged my card twice for no reason.

Great location. Lot of places to eat and the mall is across the street along with theatre. Hotel is above average after-all it is Hilton. Rooms were comfortable with minimal wear & tear signs. AC blows cold/Heater works well. Didn't like how the property charges for everything. $10 for continental breakfast. $2 for washer/dryer. There is a bar open in the later afternoon. Drinks are pricey. Tap beers $9 and mix $12. Onsite restaurant with $40 steaks. Didn't part take in the any eating or drinking. Property is well maintained. Conference area is very active.

This is as average as a Hilton Garden Inn gets. They have clean rooms and have made to order breakfast. I have no major complaints except that they do no offer a complimentary bottle of wine like they do in the Napa location. While Fairfield is not Napa it is awfully close and I hoped it would be something they offer.

Update- since they wouldn't let me check in 15 minutes early to my reservation, I was forced to check in at 2am when I came back from my wedding. I was ASSURED that I would be able to check in at this time, and sure enough at 2am, I was greeted by the WORST employee that they have. The woman at the front desk told me I couldn't check in for another hour, 3am... excuse me? I visibly got upset, rightfully so, and she told me "If you don't calm down, you will have NO place to stay tonight". Never, in my life have I been treated with such disrespect. Hilton should honestly let go of the entire staff and get a staff who actually cares about their guests, or are nice at bare minimum. Disgusted with the entire staffs behavior.
The entire staff is downright rude, and all have a nasty attitude. I've already reported them to headquarters. 0/10, will NEVER stay there again or recommend them.

Poor construction and thin insulation resulted in a poor night's sleep. Could hear the people next to us AND above us. While the street noise wasn't a problem since we were on the pool side, it made for a not so great experience.The location is convenient for the area and easy to reach for our family visit.

Hilton has consistently been my preferred choice for vacation accommodations, and this particular establishment maintained that reputation. The hotel was not only impeccably clean but also conveniently situated at an ideal proximity to the wedding venue we were attending, all while offering an attractive price point.Nonetheless, my keen eye for detail picked up on some maintenance shortcomings. The lobby's carpet, for instance, appeared to be held down by clear caulking, which could be seen as an unconventional fix. Additionally, there was an issue with the bathroom door in our room, as it could not be opened from the inside. An air conditioning unit in the room exhibited signs of leakage, further indicating a potential need for maintenance. Also the fire panel was showing a trouble signal that had been silenced.A minor disappointment arose when we discovered that the jacuzzi, a favorite amenity for my boyfriend, was inexplicably closed during our stay. Although though some minor inconveniences it's worth noting that our overall experience remained largely unaffected.This Hilton establishment adheres to the traditional cookie-cutter hotel model, positioned strategically within a prime location. It boasts the advantage of being within walking distance of an array of conveniences, including a shopping mall and a diverse selection of dining establishments.Nearby activities: We were able to take a quick stroll for a bite to eat at Panera Bread. Also forgot something for the wedding and needed to buy a pair or shoes at Macys.

Off the jump completely satisfied with entry and the cleanliness of the hotel. I stayed here Sep 25 2023. Very live and full of energy when I arrived. Though I didn’t use, I was extremely happy about the hotel having a diner and place to eat. The greeting from the gentleman was a bit delayed but the young lady that he was working with did a wonderful job making me feel welcomed. I really enjoyed the surroundings of the hotel for the fact it was across the street from a mall and movie theatre. Great placement. What ever you may need it was there, it was my first time in Fairfield and if I may say, I will be definitely returning with my wife. Room was extremely clean on the high floor like I love and even the guest were amazing. I was here for work so I really appreciate making my work trip feel like it was a vacation trip in a way. I definitely give this hotel a totally dope 10 stars. Thank you so much for your hospitality and expect my return with the wife.
