Horrible, stopped in when getting an oil change across the street. The egg rolls were mushy and inedible. The orange chicken was fair at best and the string bean chicken was nasty. Won't be back.

For what it provides, it is 5. It is easy Chinese food that has flavor on top of being delicious. Try it out, so far have tried delivery and take out. It's has the feeling wheee you know it's the spot! Great service and friendly environment.

One of my regular stops. Perfect lunchtime opportunity with a quick in and out visit. ? Always happy with my food and will continue to return. They’re generous with the amount of food they give you, as I always have a second serving left. Great spot. Used to come here all the time when I was in community college 15+ years ago, just moved back to the area and it's still as good as I remember. The Black Pepper chicken is tender and has a nice kick to it. Fried rice is well cooked. Spring rolls are nice and crispy.

food is mid....sesame chicken was soggy and the orange chicken was dry, fried rice had no flavor, chow mein was decent.

This is dependable and cheap. If you're looking for great Chinese food...you won't find it in Vacaville/Fairfield. But if you want decent steam table Chinese food to go, this is it. My wife likes the Lemon Chicken and I prefer the String Bean Chicken.
Weird plate of noodles and sweet and sour pork. It was not flavorful and the have the food in warming trays. Not cooked to order. It's not Cantonese really. It's a mishmash

I dont know if Hop Hings is under new ownership or what but things are not good there. My sweet and sour pork was not sour at all, just highly sweet & no pineapple. The teriyaki chicken was cooked on a dirty grill full of black char gristle. Inedible. The staff didn't say a word to me, just stared at me, so I ordered. The outside of the front of the restaurant was filthy. Trash everywhere. I'm afraid that will be my last visit.

Sweet and sour chicken isn't very good without the sweet and sour sauce. It wasn't included and when I called them to complain they basically said "too bad"
