Somehow*immediately *Allthese reviews are responded by Bots there is no accountability. What happened.You read the reviews and it's Ll the same.. fix the issues I MEHave been here many times and is always the same. They make you reverse to stop the time. And hold a stick out. Food is always cold even though you wait. Very dirty and the employees are always rude. Somehow between waiting as they have the stick out they always have the order wrong. This place is trash. Train your employees better. There is no standard with this franchise anymore. Coming from someone always on the road. Do better, be better.

It’s really a zero score for me.Horrible customer service and unsanitary bathrooms. The gentleman working the front register told me to use the bathroom that had feces all over the toilet as well as urine everywhere and this was after he went in and looked at it himself. I felt like he thought it was funny since he kept smirking when I was talking about how disgusting it was and I felt it was disrespectful to even suggest that customers use it in the condition it was in. I asked to use the other stall but he claimed it was not available for use because it was clogged. If that’s the case that tells me a lot about this location and how is being ran. People are just clocking in for a paycheck these days. They could care less about the level and quality of service they’re providing their customers. Then had the nerve to ask me if I was ready to order.. I’m like dude you can’t be for real, after all that you think I want to eat here lol just unbelievable and I don’t even eat fast food anyway but if I ever were to it surely wouldn’t be here smh

I would love to express how wonderful your staff was to me yesterday afternoon. The were friendly and helpful. Smiles and getting our orders just right. I explained to the lady at the window my son has autism and he had to have his sauces just right. She was understanding and got them perfect w a smile on her face. The team you have at this restaurant is outstanding ! I went inside because they accidentally put cheese on my small salad I asked to exchange it. No issues very helpful. I get nervous bringing my son to some places worrying the staff might be harsh or understandably too busy to help but this location always is very helpful. I appreciate that so much. Just thought I’d let you know if you didn’t already these people are such hard working & kind people.Vegetarian options: The fries are cooked in a separate fryer all fries are vegetarian ! Their teriyaki sauce vegetarian too !

Terrible service closed door at 8pm told me I had to wait in long drive thru line while 2 customers were inside and they wouldn't let me pick up a door dash. Very rude and terrible service

My visit to Jack-in-the-Box left me underwhelmed. The food was mediocre, and the service was slow, despite the restaurant not being very busy. I expected more from this fast-food chain.

This Jack in the Box has gone down hill. They constantly get your order wrong. I ordered a bacon & swiss buttery jack with extra onions in the drive-thru, when I got back to work and opened my lunch I have a burger without bacon, without onions and with ketchup, which does not come on the sandwich I ordered. The box is marked as a bacon & swiss buttery jack, but it wasn't. The cashier was friendly but that was the only good thing about my visit. My visit was 8/18/2023 around 11:25 - There was not another car in the drive-thru, they were not busy in the restaurant. There was absolutely no reason to mess up my order other than pure laziness.

Service with a smile and enthusiastic. However, they sold me a very stale tacos and maybe thats why they are smiling at me? I was wondering why they are so fast at the drive through. By the time i came to the window they already have my tacos ready. Old tacos was re-fried and served. Very bad for business!!! I hope the owner sees this comment and retrain their employee to discard expired food away or cook only upon order like what their mottos advertised.

TERRIBLE SERVICE.. I want through the drive threw they asked me to park, I waited 25 minutes no one came out. Then I go in get my food they forget my fries, I go back wait some more got my fries. Then get home and my tacos didn't get put in the bag. So I call, they ask do I want to come back. I said I want a manager and the lady hung up on me. I'm beyond mad!!
