I can't write the food cuz I didn't get a chance to taste it. I always want new places to succeed but their corporate office needs to get them some help. I stood in line for almost 20 minutes behind one person, there were a stack of order tickets, and the staff person literally said I need help I don't know what I'm doing. I hope to try them out but I'm going to wait another 3 months before I go back so they can work out the kinks

Been here several times and disappointed every time. I've been to a few Jollibees around the bay area and this Fairfield location is just the worst. Chicken is old and dry and the biscuit is rock hard. Cashier doesn't know how to use a POS system apparently its all a joke.Never coming back to this location

Food is always fresh and delicious! My family comes here often for the spicy fried chicken but we love their spaghetti, palabok, and burger steak too!
Jollibee is always the best comfort food! Taste is always consistent so we're always happy. Came at 7pm on a Friday night. Service was fast and orders came out in 5mins. Happy that they had the Ube Pie, it was good but the Peach Mango Pie is still the best.

Not sure why this location has so many bad reviews -- My family & I had a great experience. We placed an order on Uber Eats to pick up. We ordered a Palabok family pack, Spaghetti family pack, 10 piece chicken joy (with 2 free gravy sides), burger steak meal, and 3 pineapple juice drinks. First, the food tasted exactly like other Jollibee locations. Good quality, large quantity, and authentic flavors. We paid only $95 for everything, which is a steal to feed a large family. The food was made fast and ready on time. The employees were nice and friendly. We had no problems at all. Inside and outside were clean and organized. We're so glad that this location opened up and that we don't have to drive to Vallejo anymore. If you want some classic Filipino food -- try this place!!! :)

I've been wanting to leave a review on this place for a while, and after I've given this location so many chances, I've reached my limit. But first let's reflect on the last two times I've come here. Visit 1: I tried to order a burger (some may know this as a yum burger) and the clerk told me "we don't serve burgers here" even though the burger image and description was visible on the menu behind. Visit 2: The clerk this time input our order wrong, didn't check with us before proceeding to the transaction. *note* Usually I don't mind because workers make mistakes Visit 3 (yesterday): I ordered a 2pc ChickenJoy. I took a bite and it was raw chicken. It was pink on the inside and the meat under the batter was slimy through and through. I showed an employee the chicken, and she showed the male manager. This manager proceeded to (while I was in the immediate vicinity) scoff and tell his employee that "it comes pink like that, and that they temperature probed every single chicken for internal temperature." The employee proceeded to reiterate this gibberish to me though she sounded so clueless as to why they even do this. I received the refried chicken fork the male manager himself who said, and I quote "we made sure this chicken's temperature was higher and fresh out the fryer." Though this was satisfactory, he showed much spunk in the way he talked. Later that night, I had food poisoning. At least 6 trips to the restroom per hour was not fun. And the fact that the manager said chicken "comes pink and like that" is nonsense. Imagine if I ate the 1st order of chicken completely, I think my condition would be much worse. And even if both orders were in the off-case not raw, the only other place I could see myself getting food poisoning would be from the way the staff handles their food (likely in an unsanitary way). Given that I did not consume any other food that day, this Jollibee was definitely the culprit. So sincerely, Thank you for the food poisoning, and I hope no one met the same demise as myself.

Jollibee is my son's "happy place" since he was 3 yrs old. My son now is 27 yrs old and always craving for Jollibee for his meal, which is why my boyfriend and I are here now. My favorite here is of course chicken joy and palabok...so
