Horrible customer service. Lady is extremely rude to most, not all. You can tell she picks and chooses who she wants to offend. She is loud and obnoxious. Food is ehh and price is crazy for what you get. Vallejo location is better.

We ducked in here for a quick bite to eat and it was what you would expect. Ladies were nice behind the counter and served up our dishes quickly. Food was hot, tasty and filling. Can’t complain other than I wish I was in Hawaii!

My friend brought me here after she had previously lived in Hawaii. Said I must try it. Food was absolutely delicious and very reasonably priced. The place was not beautiful but I think most people who go here get take-out. Staff was friendly and fast. If you want some great Hawaiian food you should try it.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheel chair accessible.
Came at 7:45.. 15 minutes before closing, and we were turned away.. seconds after we had walked away, the L&L staff turned away a pregnant customer. If you are going to close 15 minutes before 8, then dont advertise online saying you're open until 8.. Won't be coming back to this location anytime soon.

The food was good and they listened to my substitution requests and made recommendations. The only negative was the bathroom needed a deep cleaning as you could see dirt embedded on the walls and floor.

Food is great but service is lacking. They are extremely rude about sauces and tried to upsell me unless I had cash.I asked for 3 Sriracha packets for my plate and she refused. She gave me one.

All the food is amazing. A surprising item, the burgers and fries are the best. Hottest combo I have ever had. Spam masubi is awesome.The only complaints are that the soda fountain is too fizzy and the order taker sometimes is talking on the phone, so it is challenging to tell when she is ready to take your order.
The establishment is clean, food fresh and ample enough for me. I just don't care for the cheap flimsy plastic tableware and fresh shredded cabbage side - it easier to eat had it been sautéed. The flimsy makes it hard to cut or scoop meat esp. if u get any of the barbecue combos

As Long time loyal customer I will not be goin back the lady at the register is rude ,My family and I order take from this establishment at least once or twice a month after today i will not be goin back this lady has no manners I asked for hot sauce for four meals and only gave me 3 packets she said hot sauce is expensive , I should of never tipped if i knew she was goin to be stingy with condiments . If she is the owner i suggest she hires someone for cashier otherwise shes goin to run her business to the ground with that attitude.

I ordered two BBQ chicken mini takeout for my mom and myself. The chicken were under cook and no flavor. My mom and I ended up throwing it away and bougth hamburger instead. Also the lady will say your order will be ready in 10 mins, how is that pssible when she said the same thing to 3 other people that ordered ahead of you. Never going back here again.
