My recent visit to Mountain Mike's was by embarrassing and frustrating due to their incompetence in fulfilling our order. Not only did they manage to mess up our order, but they also handled the situation poorly, causing embarrassment in front of our guests. It's disappointing to see such a lack of attention to detail and customer care. I would strongly advise against dining at Mountain Mike's if you expect accuracy and professionalism in your dining experience. The girl working in the front was so nice and kind. But a guy came from the back and was really rude. When I tried canceling my order he said “you should have checked the price before ordering.” When they called asking for me to not cancel.

They messed up my order because we canceled our order because of the price. They said you shouldn’t have ordered and they said out loud. It was expensive and then we canceled and they called back saying we’ll give a better deal so we said okay. When my sister went and picked up the order they said out load that we should’ve ordered after looking at the price.

As I sit down at home to write this, it is about 9:30pm. Before I ordered my pizza, I was told that closing time was 10:00 pm. So it seemed like a good place to have some food and play some cards with a friend of mine. At 9:00 pm, we were rudely told to get up so the staff could clean, though my friend and I were the only customers in the restaurant and all the other tables were spotless. Surely our table would not take an hour to clean. As a customer, I learn all I need to know about your business if my friend and I are the only customers in the place and we are made to feel unwelcome. If you do not want customers in your business, why do you have a business at all? You may as well go away.

Few old pizza they claimed was 15min old. When asked if they were making more, they seemed "put off", but they did make one more. Unfortunatly three more cusromers came in and they still had not made any new and this was 12:30pm "Noon".. Attitude of work force seemed make us think they did not like people...Gave Mountain Mike a Bad Name. Usually great pizza and attitudes from other Mountain Mikes!

Delicious, fast and clean restaurant! Ordered takeout and needed it fast. They made my cheese pizza in 10 minutes. The restaurant is clean and the staff were courteous.

Order four large pizza's from this place .girl cashier was so nice and gave me 20% discount . Order placed and told us to be ready in 25 minutes .when I reach over there to pickup my pizzas the girl with a smile welcome me so nice . Now am ready to pay the amount the guy came from kitchen have a headphone in his ear talking to someone with loud Punjabi language.( Looks very unprofessional) anyway shows his attitude tried his best as smartness cancel my discount and charge me $142.74 for 4 large pizza .he deny to gave my receipt and told me pizza prices are high now ( laughs loud ) even I was so respectful to him . And he talks about me over the phone even am Punjabi understand everything no problem .it’s ok this will happen when you have unprofessional workers .now we reached home open the pizza boxes all my four pizza are totally wrong instead of my pizza they gave me someone order wow . I ordered chicken , bell pepper sausage pizza , vegetarian with red sauce thin crust . Everything was correct on reciept but my all pizzas were wrong .very disappointed. Never come back .please if you care about your hard earnings don’t gave to those who doesn’t have any respect to their customers

Not impressed. Told the staff Dr. Pepper was out in soda machine. Got the shrug. Our pizza was delivered without plates to put the slices on. Salad was pretty stale. Staff was very standoffish. Minimal amount of cheese and topping for the price.

The service was okay We've stopped here 4 different times twice for lunch they only had 1 pizza on the buffet it had been there a while and the salad bar needed filled both this happened both times we thought it was just because it was late 1:30 we came back a few months later for dinner a pizza and salad bar the pizza was good the salad bar still needed filled both times next time we will look before we pay for the salad bar

So I have to preface this by saying MMs makes a good pizza BUT...I don know what's up with this location. I've DoorDashedfrom here twice and both times got completely ripped off on my linguica topping. I mean like less than a piece per slice. When my GF DoorDashes from a different MMs it's loaded. So I don't know if that's how this location does it all the time or only when you DoorDash it because they know you cant do anything about it. Either way, this MMs has gotten its last dollar from me.

Mountain Mikes Pizza is delicious. We have tried several different recipes including Garlic Chicken and the Combination. All are tasty. We have our pizza delivered and it is fast and still hot. Delivery people are very kind and polite. We prefer pizza delivered since the parking on Pittman Road is limited. Highly recommend Mountain Mikes Pizza

Ordered a small pizza, mountain fries(which come with a side of ranch per the website) and a Cesar salad. Picked up our food, employee was standoffish. Got out to the car- they gave us no ranch with the fries. Went back in for it and employee was rude but got the ranch, got back to the car and saw no Cesar for the salad either. Went back in again, and he told me I had to pay 2 dollars for the salad dressing. After having to pay separately for my dressing the the small(and not so great) salad cost $12. What place doesn't include dressing with your salad?
