Almost paid the price of a whole meal just for a medium box of ?. I haven't eaten panda in over 10 years because the quality was so bad back then, but I have to say, this time around, the orange chicken was pretty dang good. Unfortunately, I couldn't taste the ?, just ?, and that more than anything is what puts me off about ?.I'm still not ready to try their noodles or rise because I'm sure it's going to be dry as heck, but what do you expect from a Cheep-otle style restaurant.Left overs all day unless you can get it all fresh. (Not likely)

Really bad costumer service. Cashier named Citlali looks like she is always with the worst mood and doesn’t know how to treat costumers right .

Horrible service. No one ever knows what they're doing or how to talk to customers. They need to hire better staff.

Worst customer serviceI Love Panda express but....The staff at this particular location is extremely slow. They need a lot of training.Ordered lunch there...First they didn't have anyone available to take the order because the lady at the counter was busy setting up the app on her phone. After another person came from the kitchen n took the order, the same girl at the counter was having hard time counting the $ bills to return to a customer out of $20.I end up leaving the restaurant after wasting 25 min of my lunch time......They need to work on customer service at this location.

Super good food. I always get the grilled teriyaki chicken or the orange chicken. Definitely would recommend. The overall environment is ok. There are many different people of all ages and on the lower level there is a play area.Kid-friendliness: They have junior servings for kids and you can get a little bowl.

If I could rate this location a zero star, I would, but yelp does not allow me to rate any lower than a one star. I had came here several times throughout the years of living in Fairfield, and it's just gone downhill. My last visit , I had a horrible experience. I decided to give it another opportunity to see if the location could redeem itself. On my last visit, I had to wait an extended amount of time for my food and their employee "Lovely" was so unpleasant with an attitude and terrible customer service. I found her name so ironic to match up to her personality. Not so lovely! I also find it shocking that such a well established fast food restaurant not to provide drinking water from the fountain machine complimentary upon request. Funny, I got complementary fountain water from the restaurant right across the way at Taqueria mi mezcal. Boycotting this panda express location. I highly recommend you do the same.

Food stale, rice is dry, nothing is fresh off the wok. My Panda experience is over.

My sister and I ordered orange chicken and honey walnut shrimp and when we were eating the chicken we noticed the chicken was raw in the middle. We asked the manager for a refund and she said they don’t do refunds we could either get a new plate or take a coupon. At this point we lost our appetite and didn’t want it anymore. I will never eat at this location again.

Rude staff, visibly angry at my children who were admittedly being a little indecisive, but that attitude is unnecessary. Not that I'm surprised, because I have never had polite service at any Panda Express. It is conveniently located in the mall, that is the only reason we are here. Will not return.

Was at the mall and met my friend and her granddaughter in the food court. There was plenty of seating available so we decided to eat at the tables provided. Since Panda Express was not busy at the time that is where I decided to purchase my lunch while they went to the Korean place. The rice was pretty good, orange chicken excellent, honey prawns decent, although they charge extra for it. The service provided was alright, not bad, not great, but passable. The soda, cherry coke was absolutely delicious. I can't give it a perfect score because there were other customers who were complaining about different things, but I will say most likely I'll be back again.

Panda has cut down on choices. Especially no veggies.
