Daniel the supervisor is really rude towards his customers. They just lost a customer. Poor customer service from the entire staff. I don’t suggest anyone to buy from this location.

Oh, my dear Popeyes, I must say I'm quite upset with you, and this comes from the bottom of my heart, or should I say, the pit of my stomach!Back in my day, a chicken meal was a thing of joy and wonder. But, alas, my recent visit to your establishment left me feeling like a clucky old hen who's lost her way. I had such high hopes, you see. I heard tales of your crispy, succulent chicken, and I thought, "Now that's the kind of poultry that could rival Granny's Sunday roast!"Imagine my dismay when I opened that box of chicken, and it looked like it had seen better days. I mean, the Colonel wouldn't stand for this nonsense! My dear grandbabies, bless their hearts, they tried to cheer me up, but even they couldn't ignore the lackluster chicken.And let's talk about those biscuits, dear Popeyes. They were as dry as the Sahara! I had to reach for my dentures lubricant just to get through one of them.Now, I hate to be a complainer, but what's this I hear about folks finding extra protein in their meals? Cockroaches, of all things! I may be old, but I can still run faster than those critters, so I'm not keen on sharing my dinner with them.I hope you'll forgive this old granny's rant. Maybe it's time to bring back some of that old-fashioned chicken love. You know, the kind that warms the heart and tickles the taste buds. Honestly the worst Popeyes I've ever been to, wings are room temperature, micro dot of gravy on the mash, no one cares if they get their food in 30 seconds if the food is bad. Service was lukewarm, nobody was rude per se but it just seamed like everyone was miserable and it was a chore just to ask a question or get sauce or even the cup for the drink I paid for. I was the only one dining in and most tables were dirty, which whatever who knows they might've just finished a rush but when you have that many employees just chillin behind the counter, one particularly who for the entire time I sat there was just restocking sauces over and over again It didn't make sense why I had to wipe sticky honey off a table just to dine in. Again all this first world problems and it's not ruining anyone's day but I was quite peeved with how expensive everything has gotten and you can't even enjoy Popeyes. Which sucks cuz if done right we all already know Popeyes has a good product. It's the execution that's destroying it. Just my 2 cents.

Whenever I'm ever in Fairfield I stop at this particular Popeyes the food is ALWAYS fresh and the typically Young employees are always nice and personable. Today not knowing how to redeem a deal from the app Bryson helped walk my old ass through the entire process so I could get my FREE chicken sandwich. THIS Location is a hidden lil gem

This is the second time I've ordered from this location, the classic chicken sandwich combo - the chicken was old and was greasy and bun was hard as a rock!!! I will NEVER!!!! order from Popeyes again!!!!! Thank you DoorDash for refunding!!!
