Round Table Pizza - Fairfield, Business Center Dr. You folks do not have an inch of customer service in your store. Tonight 2/3 I ordered online 2 lg Pizzas at 7:21pm. Order #5034. My receipt says it will be ready at 7:41pm. Sitting here at Round Table waiting for my pizza after 7:41pm. Received my pizza and in the car at 8:10pm Get home the lg pepperoni and bacon pizza was burnt. I paid almost $75 first plus adding a CA Employer Mandate. WTH is wrong with this staff? You charge over $30 for burnt pizza?? And you want more of a minumin wage for terrible service??? You got some nerve! May this horrible pizza place be closed down soon!

Realistically the pizza is awesomeif you have it there…but much too expensive.Otherwise this place blows bad.

do not order from here everytime i call they are never accepting cash .what establishment dosent want money! not once twice or even three times this is about my forth time calling and hearing this and whoever got on the phone said that this location is drawing and needs lots of help ! well not taking cash is for sure not going to help and your pizzas are literally 20$+ what business pass up on meals almost 50 dollars every other day and dont let me tell you guys how they had me on hold for 15 min today ! i got busy and forgot i was on hold and saw it said 15 min like thats just ridiculous.if i can put 0 stars i would

This evening we ordered a pizza and garlic twists. We ordered at 5:35 PM. After and hour and 10 mins I called, I was hung up on. I called again, no answer. I called again and it rang and rang and finally an answer. They said they are backed up and someone from door dash should come get it in 30 mins, even though I ordered off Round Tables site. I asked if the pizza had been sitting there and they said "I think it was made recently." I could tell it wasn't. Fast forward to 7:20 I look out to our porch and it was finally dropped off. Nobody even rang the bell. We open the pizza and it's completely COLD and not even a hint of worm with just rubbery type cheese and gross twists. We are trying to reheat in the oven to make it edible but after almost 50 bucks out, that mind you doesn't come easy to us, we are very unhappy. I emailed corporate and I'm hoping we get a refund.

Everything was really good. I would do something about the main entrance. You have 2 single separate doors on the front entrance. The first door I came to had arrows pointing to use the door to the right. I passed the second door because i didn't see it. I saw the tree and passed right by the main entrance. I noticed 2 other customers do the same thing while I was eating inside. The door needs to be more obvious for clueless old people like me.

This location is going down hill fast. They need help! Called to place an order, was on hold for over 5 min when the call was dropped. I called back, before they placed me on hold I told the gentleman what happened. He apologized and put me on hold... It's been 15 minutes now. I decided to order from the Vallejo store, had no problem there. Last Friday a group of us went in, I swear there was only one employee during lunch time? We stayed even though it took a very very long time. Right before we left another employee walked in. When Rebecca managed this location, it was busy, friendly, delicious and a delight to visit. It's so sad to see it in this condition. I'll wait a while and try back hoping the situation has improved.

10/28/23Order pizzas online at 453pm, a slow time,  and asked for heavy sauce for both pizzas. Order number #5012.  There were 5 or 6 staff talking in a group and who knows how hard they were working but probably not working at all.  My wife grabs the pizzas and they were done on time and hot.  Get home and for the 9 out of 10 time there was hardly any sauce at all. I mean no sauce. I worked at pizza spots before and I know. I ask my wife what was the staff doing when you went in. She said everyone was talking in a group. I call an hour later to complain and I am left on hold for 15 minutes and just said hello before being put on hold. I call back after I gave then 15 to answer it and guy wants to put me on hold again. I said I've been onhold 15 min already. I let him know that the staff there needs to help you answer the phones and maybe if they would stop talking in the back they might get the heavy sauce Order right for once.  People have to eat this pizza you know. This isn't little Cesar's prices either. I'm not one to complain much but I have had enough of this place now. Also dirty when I eat in with no bussing or cleaning to speak of. Just look at fork holder. Anyway now considering eating at Waterman because I can't take this ineptitude anymore.  Thanks.

Last Thursday we were there the worst service in the world and the girl behind the counter would laugh at all the customers like it was a funny joke! they could not run a lemonade stand if they tried. I watched them ruin everyone's order there was not 1 happy customer in that restaurant everyone was mad!!!!! the place was a mess salad bar was half empty and looked like no one cared. fountain machine the same thing lots of spills. the tv was off and 49er game should have been on specialy because of the added 30 minute wait for everyone. the poor boy scouts were having a meeting 6-8 kids and the adult in front of me just wanted his money back. they forgot his order, twice so he finally said he just wanted his money back there hour long meeting was over. cashier did not even know how to refund his money. i will. say it again the girl just laughed behind the counter, even watched her throw a pizza away they probably made it wrong. one girl working was very apologetic the other girl made the experiance 10 times worse, completely unprofessional.

Rather high price for fast food pizza, good service, good location. I've always loved Round Table Pizza but the prices are becoming outrageous!!!

I have been coming to this Round Table pizza for about 10 years, but if it doesn't improve I'm done!!! it seems every time it's worse than the last time. the hired help is a joke. 2 different times I had hair on my pizza, wrong pizzas made, salad bar is gross and never completely stocked, tables are always dirty and it smells inside.

please reopen the lunch buffet. it's been far too longDon't see why not. your competitors have theirs open. we all know by now that was a plandemic, not a real emergency. having the lunch buffet open made that place seem more lively. Always enjoyed stopping by. I haven't been to a Round Table since the Plandemic and hope to see the lunch buffet open soon!!!It is absolutely foolish not to figure out a way to reopen the Buffect sounds like an excuse for lazy people.

They have a great lunch special and your restaurant is always clean. It's a fair price and much more healthy than a drive-through. Your food is delivered to your table. Hot and fresh every time.. The employees are fantastic, as they are always helpful and friendly.
