Terrible service! I walked in around 5 on 11/3 and there were 3 employees working. I waited for about 10 min and no one helped me they continued talking to each other and laughing around about spilling a drink. I finally walked up and asking them to help me. I asked for cheese danish which takes about a minute to warm up and I stood there waiting for such a long time. I will never be returning.

It's not your typical Starbucks location. It does come in handy when wanting to satisfy the craving from Starbucks. It's a small location that shares building space with Jamba Juice and Jollibee. It's a drive thru location. There's no tables or much room to stand to order and wait for your drink. Their one and only restroom is reserved for customers only. The staff are pleasant. It's a busy location with the amount of drive thru customers/mobile orders. Be prepared to wait a bit. My drinks are always accurate and consistent,so, it makes up for the wait. :)This Starbucks is located on Travis Blvd in the Solano Town Center parking lot.

Today I went in and I had placed a mobile order. I saw a couple of drinks come out and I thought I should mention that I was still waiting on my drink since I had been waiting for 15 minutes. I understand that working at Starbucks can be very stressful so I talked to the barista in a calm manner and let her know what was going on. She gave me back so much attitude and stated that there was not another order for me. I showed her that I had received my crossiant but I didn’t get my drink. She said that it must’ve been bc I placed the crossiant and the drink separately although I was clearly showing her my phone with the crossiant and drink in the same order. She didn’t want to make the $8 drink that I was missing. I was talking to her nicely and she was rude the whole time to me. It wasn’t until someone else had to intervene and say that it must’ve been because the machine might’ve not printed the sticker for my drink. That’s the only way that she made the drink. She did a great job on the drink tho it was delicious.

Awful Service! Came here for a Citrus Tea which should take no more than 5 minutes.After about 15 minutes I ask for a refund. And I find out there was no order made! As I was receiving my refund Debbie states I deal with so many customers I forgot! I told her I'm not for the excuses? As I depart her coworker screams "Thanks for the Patience and Good bye". Being really disrespectful and Sarcastic! I will never come here again. This was my second visit here at this location in two weeks. And I've never had this issue in Suisun!

This one is my favorite and it's closer to a lot of things.its clean and the workers are friendly and they have never messed up an order.this is a great place and everything's been great

Tries to be a smart a$$ when you give him a particular order and knowing he's behind the window and counter he thinks he's untouchable. Guys like him I consider beta male pieces of trash.
