Whoever the dude was working today April 3rd 2021 at 2pm, needs to be let go. Terrible customer service, seemed to have an attitude when my wife asked about why we couldn't get Italian herbs & cheese with the kids meal so I told him never mind the kids meal just give him the 6inch on Italian herbs & cheese. He said "okay" in a rude way, he was throwing lettuce in the the tomatoes and just all around terrible customer service. I come to this subway all the time because it's conveniently right down the street from my house, but after today, I won't be coming back to this location.

Ordered for pick up. Came in seen my two sandwiches sitting there toasted but not finished with veggies. An elderly woman Sunday 5:30 pm was working I watched her she didn't say anything to me for a minute as she looked at the receipt and worked on sandwich then said this is for So and so I said yes I'm here for those two sandwiches. And then was working reading and didn't add two ingredients I waited to see as she closed sandwich and asked her and she said WHAT! Wow. I told her and she said they were there and slams them on there. I told her I put down more meaning extra on the app and she said she did I said I was only informing you as you are giving me attitude for no reason. Awkward. I am glad I just waited to leave didn't have to pay her!

The staff was amazing and helpful and kind. I had a large order for my office and they went out of their way to be helpful and they got every special request done perfectly!

Not happy with sandwich usually good all new people asked what happen to other people working there was told thay all quit wonder why.
I love subway. To be compleatly honest we all know that subway is a sub par sandwich shop compaired to others like togos blimpies, however i love it and always go back. Cheapest prices and rather goodfood, staff usually always ready to help wherever they can. If you like subs but have a budget this is the place for you.

Fairly empty around lunch time today. The veggies sadly didn't seem fresh. Sandwich wasn't bad, however there's a young gentleman their with long unkept hair/beard.I was in easy as he made me sandwich, hoping no hair fell in my food. Please have employees wear hair nets.
