Scope Easy

We walked in and there was nobody except the worker there, she didnt look up from her phone for 3 minutes while we waited to order, when she finally did get off her phone and do her job she was very irritated and unfriendly. Owner should really talk to his staff about how they interact with customers, we shouldnt feel like her text was more important that the customers in the store, will not be returning

It's a walking distance from where I live and love to support local businesses. We have been to this Subway several times and and every time we leave disappointed. We are disappointed with staff, service and how they make the sandwich. A foot long sandwich is about $10, so they should make sure they make a good sandwich. Today, I went there with a coupon and we were told this particular store does not accept Subway coupon.Like I said, I tried to support local business, but I am done with this store. The owner should read these reviews and make changes and will help his business.

Service was good friendly, Sandwich was clearly constructed to hide the lack of chicken. plenty of lettuce and not enough teriyaki chicken. Give it a C-.

Worst place ever I pay for a sandwich the play was awful there was a hair but my sandwich I went back and asked for my money back or make me another sandwich to say no worst place ever

Came in to buy cookies for myself and my girlfriend, horrible cookies they were stale tasted like cardboard when I bring the cookies back to they told me to buy more cookies because these were fresh because they just made the cookies this morning when it's 4:50pm definitely don't recommend.

I used the subway app on 2/14/2023 and paid for my order. When I went there to pick up my order, the place was closed. I have called the business a few times and spoke with one of the employees and even went there twice speaking with the employee. Showed my purchase order and asked for money to be refunded. They said they would have the manager or owner call me back and I got nothing but pure silence. Took my money and two weeks later still no refund nor acknowledgement of their error. They close with no notice and allow app orders to continue. They continue to operate like this. Be careful ordering anything through the Subway App!! By the way, their customer service is very poor. They don't know how to interact with customers and make you feel like you are wasting their time by buying from them. Go to the Subway shop at 5055 Business Center Drive. Much better customer service and the product they build is great!

Ordered a $32 Signature Sandwich Prostyle via Doordash. Got a skimpy 6 inch meatball Sandwich, nothing close to what I ordered. Tried calling the restaurant, no answer x5. Terrible experience

What is wrong with the woman who works there??? Just went this afternoon and ended up walking out and going to another Subway for my order. I walked in and asked if the bathrooms outside around the corner were available and if I could have the key. She gave me dagger eyes and didn't even give any kind of response then moved on to helping the customer in front of me.Saw they didn't honor coupons, claiming they're struggling financially, blaming it on covid, but I'm thinking they're struggling due to the terrible service not covid, because the business center Subway location just a mile away I went to right after was just fine, let me use their restrooms, and accepted my coupon. Wonder why they're managing so much better. ?I ended up not ordering anything and just walking out since she had already been rude towards me.While I was in my car the customer from earlier waved at me and told me he also just had a bad experience with her. That she gave very little toppings and he had to ask for more lettuce, and that at one point she practically yelled at him "is that it!?"This woman has absolutley no business working in customer service and this location is never going to get mine.

Worst customer service i have ever recieved. We ordered a total of 3 sandwiches. Wouldnt let me add additional toppings. Tried to say i had to be charged extra. Very slow service and rude. Will not be coming back. And will be filing a complaint with corporate. This lady has to be stopped. She is an embarassment to business owners everywhere. Her poor worker looked scared behind that counter. Didnt even make eye contact with customers.

THE BEST SUBWAY BRANCH IN FAIRFIELD IS NOT THIS ONE!!!! Lol How is this subway still in business? Or maybe the lady that makes the sandwiches needs to be replaced or just stay at home since everyone on this yelp reviews complains about her. Seriously so rude and doesn't know the word "customer service". She tried to make all three sandwiches all at the same time but doesn't even know the recipes so of course..it just took us forever.

This place is a joke. We walked in to order and asked if there were any restrooms. The dill hole behind the counter said that they did not have a restroom but McDonald's across the street had restrooms and suggested that we ate there as well. We declined his suggestion and ate at this Subway. This guy wasn't happy that he had to get off his rear end and actually do something. We had to have the sandwiches made exactly how they were posted on the board because this guy would not be able to understand any customization requests. We paid for the food but then five minutes later the female employee called us up and said we didn't pay for our chips. How could they not of charged us for the chips when the employees have to get them for you from behind the counter due to there Covid restrictions? We were there on 7/17 in the early evening. Would not recommend going then.

Service is really slow. The workers are not trying to get through the line fast at all. I get it that they are building sandwiches but all the customers I see in line look like they have been waiting for a long time. I would work on customer service. I don't think I will come back.

Horrible customer service. The employee was extremely rude and combative. She was not wearing a name tag and would not give me her name. It took 20 minutes to make 1 wrap. Do not go here unless you have time to waste and enjoy being disrespected.
