The people who work there are not happy! The woman who made my sandwich was throwing the food around, never smiled, was wearing the mask under her nose. I paid, should not have given a tip, and they did not say thank you! I won't return here!

Did not appreciate not being able to use the restroom. It was locked and I was told someone locked it from the inside and he didn't have a key. BULLS**T! And this is after an$18+ meal and leaving the change as a tip. We drive Bay Area to Sacramento often and Subway is our go to stop. It won't be this one again.

Very difficult understanding the two employees working in tandem to make the order. Efficient if only you could understand what they are saying.

Lady who made our sandwiches was rude, didn't even reply to us saying "how are you?" Sloppily tossed the sandwich fillings on with no care, and put all of my mayo on one side of my sandwich and not the other. Didn't ask if I wanted salt pepper or vinegar, just skipped over it entirely. They're also playing a Christian music station in there. Not everyone is religious and wants to hear that. Please just play normal music lol. Would not recommend, less quality control than in other locations.

The subway I went to was near Raleys by in & out in Fairfield. haven't been to that one in awhile but the service was bad and one of the employees was so rude. I got a meal and she asked me whether it came with a certain item as if I was supposed to know, charged me for it and still had the audacity to be rude after I asked why it was expensive and why I was charged for it.

My order was INCORRECT. I ordered a Fresh Melt with Steak and what I got was just a regular Steak & Cheese sandwich. I've also paid for double meat and I didn't even get that. The avocados that were added tasted old. The sandwich was even sloppy. Also the old lady there is very rude & incompetent and will cop an attitude if she didn't understand you because of HER language barrier. I'm not sure how she still works there.

After submitting an online order for pickup at store number 10304 and credit card charge was processed on 3/22/2021. I received an email confirmation the order would be processed and available for pick up a few minutes later. The store was closed with a written sign indicating an early closure upon my arrival, presumably due to employee illness. I contacted the store the next day and was given the owners phone number. The owner assured me the charge would be refunded within a couple of days. Upon review of my checking account a few days later a second charge was noted by the store for the same amount that was posted on 3/29/2021. I went to the store and was given a cash refund for the first charge but not the second. I contacted the owner again and provided the two transaction numbers, time and date of of transaction and amount. However he stated that since he was unable to confirm the second transaction charge on his end, he refused to immediately process a refund for the 3/27/202 transaction payment. Instead he stated, ' the charge is only $9.74'. He promised to research further and to get back to me. However, days later the charge remained on my account. After contacting my bank and disputing the charge, my account was credited the refund on 4/5/2021. The unacceptable customer service experience at this restaurant was very poor two-fold: 1) Early closing and leaving paid customers on the hook for charges made and goods not received, and 2) Refusal to honor double charges for goods not received. Beware if this restaurant when ordering online.

This restaurant is always clean! Especially the food preparation areas. The food products are well organized and displayed. There is plenty of free parking, and you can order ahead, for fast pickup. There is also space (when open during covid), to dine-in and enjoy your meal. All of the food preparers are friendly, clean, and take, safety precautions when preparing your food. They work quickly to get your order to you, but slowly enough to get the order done correctly. I recommend this restaurant, and all of there products. The food is very reasonably priced, and they always have Specials! They now even offer gluten-free items! They are open at times, that best serve the local community. Check them out...you will not be disappointed!

This place will waste your time do not bother. It's 9:15 am, and they are out of egg. How do you make a breakfast sandwich then? This is litterally the 4th time in 3 months I've been in here, every time they are out of egg.. HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE!! The odds are as such that they must not carry egg or its obviously not enough.. Either way this place has water my time on 4 seperate occasions and that says allot. Remove it from the menu or carry the products you are supposed to, its an egg seriously??

Just might want to tell the employees to wear a mask as the state of Ca made it mandatory and I just came in and the girl working didn't have a mask on until a customer told her too.

Their sign outside the door clearly says open until 8pm, but they s*** down early. The guy inside looks at me and shrugs his shoulders, even when I point to my watch and the hours sign. This isn't the first time that they have done this either.

Really rude and the lady who made my sandwich looked like she was upset that I was even there. I have never felt more unwelcome. Went to the Subway on N Texas St and got WAY better service.
