Horrible experience, they just bold faced lied to me. Came to get dinner and when I went to pay the tall guy tried to say they don't accept EBT, I asked if they were part of the Restaurant meal program, he said no. The he tried to say it was the other subway down the road that accepts it, he said it was the same owner. I told him no, it clearly shows here(showed him my phone) on Google and the reviews. Be still chose to continue with his lies, then he started yelling at the girl working the register in another language, because she was trying to help us. Also the tall guy was just sweeping and mopping with now gloves, and now as we speak is behind the counter making sandwiches. It's a shame!!! 4/3/24@ 8:45 pm

I came in with the latest mail flyer coupon offering two footlongs for $12.99 Excluding Wraps, The Monster, The MexiCali, Turkey Cali Club the Beast & The Garlic Roast Beef. I ordered two #11 Subway Club's and they said the coupon does "Not" apply to my sandwiches.. What the heck..?

Ordered the Boss and as you can see from the photo comparison that's so not what I got. Also ordered another sandwich that had hardly any toppings that were selected and was served on stale bread. How hard can it be to follow simple ingredients that go in a sandwich??? Talk about not getting what you paid for. I will never be back to this Subway. What a disappointment.

Typical Subway but the Indian lady doesn't wanna be there. Lack of customer service, dude in front of me asked how her day was going? No response. She kept sighing as she asked my toppings. The Mexican lady was very courteous. Don't go to work if you're not happy, geeze!!

Tried calling this shop no answer. So I drove down to place order. The people working there spoke very poor English. When I told them there phone was out of order I was told in broken English that they don't do telephone orders. This places has gone to hell in a hand basket. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Use to be an easy in and out. It sad that non speaking English come in and take over. It's just sad!

Today Sunday June 11th 2023. My Lady and I wanted to go to Subway for one of their very tasty sandwiches. What I got was the worst experience we have ever had. From this very rude lady working behind the counter. I ordered a six inch Outlaw sandwich . What I got was a foot long and the only item she let me add to it was sriracha sauce. Then she proceeded to wrap and slice the sandwich and place it into the bag. During the entire time she was making it I repeatedly said . I want a six inch sandwich. We are not going to this Subway anymore. I would much rather go to Togo's and get what I ordered and the respect of being a polite customer. I spoke softly without raising my voice and I ended up paying twice the amount for a sandwich. Yes I know I could have just walked out but that's not how I am . Unfortunately for this Subway sandwich they will not be having me as a customer.

We typically visit Subway only when we receive coupons in the mail since we feel that a sandwich from Subway is not worth $14. Unfortunately, the owners of this location have changed their policy and no longer allow customers to choose from the entire menu. Instead, they only offer a basic sandwich option and everything is considered an add on now. This differs from what the coupons say.

The worst sandwich I've ever eaten was at Subway on n. Texas in Fairfield. I have not ever eaten a sandwich from Subway. I'm a Lyft driver and I picked up a young lady from her home going to work at Subway. She was very polite and I asked if Subway had a BLT on the menu, she said yes and it's really good so I decided to get one for breakfast. The counter person said they don't have Sourdough so I opted for multigrain. I got 10 slices of precooked bacon that was stuffed into the multigrain roll and heated. The bacon was greasy because it was in the bread when it came out of the oven, she added tomatoes and lettuce, then it was rolled up, cut in half and I paid $12.50 with a bottle of water. Very greasy bread is almost hard to chew. Nice people but in the wrong Franchise. Will not return

The woman working the cash register is literally the rudest person on the planet. Avoid at all costs, the interaction and dealing with a nightmare of this Subway is not worth the trash food.

Bought 2 sandwiches in this branch, paid the cashier and left, checked my receipt and found out there is a tip included in my order which is $4 more . I did not remember giving a $4 for a $20 purchase it almost 20% and its take out. Wrote email to the manager and just said sorry for that and said that next time i will make sure i will not tap the tip option in the machine. Its a fraud please beware to all customers who will visit this branch. Check your receipt before you leave.

Perfect subway doesn't exi..... Yes this subway is awesome. They play worship Christian music. They r super nice and good workers. Amazing subway. Definitely making this one my go to. Thank you.
