its a perfect example of whatvi love about Taco Bell and they actually let you grab your own sauce and napkins. something most locations don't since pandemic.

Ordered nachos bell grande after workout for me and my wife. They taste bitter and left a chemical taste in our mouth like a gasoline. We did not eat it. I brought it back to the store, they assume i want a new one so they changed it with fresh made nachos, i tried while I'm still in the drive thru and it tasted the same!! I tried to get a refund instead they said they can't! Total waste of food and money!

Went there this morning after a workout via walking since the gym and that taco bell are 400 ft apart and the doors was closed though the doors say they are open at 8am. Terrible and I'm not going to waste gas just for 400 ft distance.

My family and I just left this location from ordering through drive through. I ordered a #3 which looked like the 3 Doritos Locos Tacos. I usually double check my order and the one time I don't, we received a burrito supreme and a regular hard taco. I also ordered chips and cheese. I called the location no longer than 15 minutes later to say that I received the wrong items and Dave notified me that I ordered the wrong item. (other recent reviews seem to say that this whole ordering the wrong item thing is a regular occurrence) I didn't receive my receipt so I couldn't double check. He said that if I came back with the wrong items, they could replace my order. However my 6 year old was hungry and just ate whatever she got. He said since we had already eaten the items -- there was nothing they could do. I told him that I would just call corporate to get it situated. I called back a few mins later and someone else answered and handed the phone to Dave. I overheard this guy saying... "she called back again." I called to express they also forgot to give the chips and cheese and if I could come back for a refund however he said since there's no way to verify if we got the chips and cheese, that there was nothing they could do and that I should just call corporate. He kept insisting that I confirmed that I did receive the chips and cheese and continued to talk over me. I asked Dave if there was anything he could do to make it right and he was taking over me. Not to mention he was helping other customers excusing me while I was on the phone. Hella f#%king rude. I thanked Dave kindly for his sh*tty customer service and hung up. I know, a whole ordeal over some tacos. I wouldn't care so much about the missing items if he had been more understanding. I know for a fact they can absolutely replace an order since it's happened a few times before. We will no longer be going to this location.

It looked inside, and was greeted nicely the guy who took my order, looked to be a manager or so, he was nice until I got to my car and noticed my order was wrong. I immediately came back inside. Told him that I said number 2 he says no you said number 3 I said once again no I said number 2! He still wanted to debate back-and-forth instead of saying maybe I heard you wrong, but I thought you said 3 but will fix the order, as a manager you should never argue with the employees. I wasn't rude. Just told him the order was wrong no big deal the guy who I believe was the cook was very nice and got my order out quickly. I appreciate him. Otherwise, I will not be back to this location and based on other reviews they do get orders wrong.

Don't eat here or order food! I got food poisoning after getting food here. Something was just off about the guy making it and taking orders at the same time. Told me go further back (where I can't see him making the food) and he'll give it to me when it's ready. That just rubbed me the wrong way and I had this odd feeling about it. But I didn't want to over think and judge so I took my food ate it and ended up getting food poisoning.

I come to this Taco Bell every once in awhile when I need something fast and it always been pretty good and the people are nice but the last two times I ordered the Mexican pizza cause that’s one of my favorite things. A few weeks ago I grabbed one through the drive thru and the first bite I had to spit out because the shells tasted terrible and left a chemical taste In my mouth. I called the store and talked to the store manager Corbin and he was super nice and helpful put my name on a list for a free one the next time. While I was running errands today I decided to go and grab my free one it was super easy and the girl was nice. Like the last time first bite had to be spit out tasted like chemicals AGAIN and it was actually worse this time. I’m not a complainer when it comes to my food or reviews but that’s ridiculous! Please change the oil! I will probably not order a Mexican pizza again and sadly ecspecially not at that location.
