Mehhh. Twice good had been super under cooked which took FOREVER to get food back. My son got food poisoning from an under cooked burger.

This genuinely was probably one of the worst food I’ve ever had. I ate with my (3) friends here and ALL of our food was HORRIBLE! My burger was cold, lacked all flavor (not even salt, I kid you not this burger tasted like nothing) my friends chicken tenders were like rubber and when she bit into one of them, it had a hard piece in the middle! (Maybe a bone?) We asked our server to remake it and she was genuinely so kind, truly someone who deserves the best in life as she was so patient and kind and sweet! My other friend got the chili hot dog, that was horrible, she said it tasted like mud. And my last friend got a chicken sandwich that also lacked flavor but her fries were COATED in salt. Our rolls (which is what we were most excited for) tasted like cardboard and the butter was like syrup, and not in a good way as it was wayyyyy too sweet. Overall this was a very unpleasant experience and I will not be coming back.

They lost our reservation and upon our arrival we were told it would be at least one hour wait. We left.

Joana, the waitress is extremely rude and definitely knew how to ruin a nice family dinner. One of many reasons was that she lied and said we couldn’t have straws because they ran out, but had a bar full of straws, plenty of them in blunt sight ?? her main job is to provide good customer service but couldn’t manage. She needs to go back to training before she continues to ruin perfectly nice family dinners.

Wonderful service and great-tasting food. The atmosphere is loud and obnoxious. I sometimes think the Fairfield location tries to reach or exceed its "Maximum Occupancy" limit. We were a party of six from Vacaville (a 20-minute drive one way) and dined in last night around 6 PM, on the 7th of April. Our food was brought out 37 minutes later, as indicated by the timer set on my phone. We ordered the usual appetizers/starters along with entrées.The booths typically accommodate five "full-sized and average" people. Last time we dined here at Texas Roadhouse, we were given a booth, and I didn't have enough elbow space to cut my food because we were literally shoulder-to-shoulder.I understand it's a steakhouse, not fine dining, but the noise level is akin to being in a dance club!Thank goodness the Fairfield location stopped giving out peanuts. People throwing peanuts on the ground like uncivilized behavior was an eyesore, and I empathize with the servers and staff having to clean up the heinous mess on the restaurant grounds!I insisted on a table, and phoning in to request one is another ordeal. Consistent busy signals and hearing the Verizon lady calmly informing me that the restaurant number is not reachable.Come and dine in for the complimentary bread rolls with sweetened cinnamon butter along with the delicious entrées. Make a swift exit to save your ears and hearing!Parking: The lot is spacious; however, if planning to dine around busy times, come early to find spot(s). Otherwise you'll have to "hunt for your parking spot" and trail around people like shopping at Costco during peak hours!

I have been to more inviting Texas Roadhouses. We had a large party. We were sat in the middle of booths. So it was all eyes on us. Our party was loud and talkative. The first waitress was deplorable, she made sure we knew that she was only there while Kylie was on break. So all she was going to do is take drink orders, followed by a very rude what do you want to drink. Texas Roadhouse does not put the price of the drinks on the menu, and when people in the party were questioning her she kept rolling her eyes. She did not have her name on her badge. She put the drink orders in wrong. I question if it was on purpose. Yet when Kylie came on, she went above and beyond. She fixed the drink orders, she was super attentive, she was very personable. I give it to Kylie she was doing a phenomenal job the Saturday before Easter. She didn't look overwhelmed, or rushed. The food is ok. I'm a pescatarian, in a party of steak and rib folks. The salmon was dry, the tartar sauce helped it out tremendously.Vegetarian options: Salad and sides are the extent of the vegetarian menu. But what do you expect it's a steak house.Parking: Although the parking lot is congested, people are coming in and out constantly. You don't have to wait long at all during busy times.

Yummy!!! Love Texas Roadhouse. We lived in Texas for 6yrs and every time I miss Texas and want GOOD food we go here! The rolls are so good with the sweet butter, love their cesar salad dressing, the loaded sweet potato is like dessert and the ribs ... THE BEST! The meat falls off the bone so tasty.

The bone in ribeye is the best. And the house salad is very good and the fried pickles are great. Don't forget to get more bread rolls before you leave. Friendly staff also!
