About a month ago, we had the pleasure of dining at The Habit Burger Grill in Fairfield, California, and I'm just now getting around to sharing our wonderful experience. As visitors from out of state, we were excited to try a local spot that we don't have back home, and The Habit Burger Grill exceeded our expectations.The burgers were absolutely delicious, cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. While the fries were decent, the exceptional quality of the burgers truly stole the show. Surprisingly poor service. We placed a kiosk order and waited 25 minutes for food to come out that was incorrect; the ladies did walk out our sides freshly made after this. During this time we watched ten to-go orders get packed and picked up by people who placed them remotely. Food was okay but not worth the wait; tempura green beans were great. Definitely recommend the local place on North Texas over here.

On Friday evening at 8:30 pm, my family and I walked into the Fairfield location, hoping we could come in and sit to eat our dinner. We were asked if we were dining in or taking out. I responded that we were dining in. Right after, the kitchen work reminded her that the dining area was closed and they were doing take out only…. Closing time is advertised as 9:30pm… this was at 8:30 on the dot. I was pretty upset considering my family was on the road for hours and wanted to sit down and have a meal together, not in our car. This was a huge disappointment and inconvenience. Even if we had walked in at 9:20pm, we should’ve been able to sit and eat. This is not how restaurants should operate.

Their impossible burger is BLA NO SeasoningAnd tastes like crap. Their fries were cold and their service is slow. They should change the name to impossible to taste good.word of advice don't order a veggie burger or impossible BLA Crap burger ftom them YUCK very unhappy with the service and ambiance
