Good prices, good food, good service. Reliable and fast. Fair amount of variability. One star has been deducted because sometimes there's plastic in the food, but it's not a serious choking hazard, just annoying.

The service was not great unfortunately, the employee kept leaving before I could order and then ran to the front to the coworker coming in and followed them around the mall. Waited about 15 minutes for someone to come back and when they finally did they were not very welcoming and acted like I was disturbing them. When I order the #6 I was going to ask for without onions but the employee said it had to come with everything. When they started making it they took about 5 minutes to let me know they were actually out of shrimp. So I got more tuna on it. When I finally got it I asked for forks or chopsticks because they were no more on the counter and it was quite messy. The employee looked at me confused and I repeated "can I please have a couple of forks?" And then without any reply handed them to me. The fish was alright but the rice was awful, it was so old and hard.

I went to this bar with high hopes, because I go there all the time and always have a good experience. However, this time it wasnt good at all. I ordered a number 1, Salmon and Tuna poke bowl with honeydew boba. First off, the rice was extremely hard and old. It was sticky, and when you chewed it, there would be hard, crunchy pieces. The fish also seemed old, it was slimy and really bad. So, I asked for my bowl to be remade because the rice was hard and old. It was remade, and looked very good with a lot of sauce on it. However when I took another bite, it was exactly the same. Absoulutely disgusting, old, hard, rice. At that point I gave up, and I just left. But when I was leaving, I saw that the worker began making MORE FRESH RICE AFTER I LEFT. AND I COMPLAINED ABOUT THE RICE BEING OLD BUT SHE JUST GAVE ME THE SAME OLD RICE. That's all, I hope they use fresh rice next time.

Love the poke here. The best I’ve had so far. Tried a couple other places still haven’t been close to this place. I come here often and honestly it’s great super filling. They are really reasonable with the portions and the cuts in the fish are nice and cubed I like the flavoring here with the sauces and the rice is yummy. The toppings they have here really hit the spot. I like all of them.Try their mango passion tea it’s good same with Thai iced tea. People working are usually nice. One of the more healthier options in the mall area. Cool poke chain they have a few other locations around. Thanks guys! I met the owner/manager one time she was great!

I usually do not leave reviews but I have to for Uncle Sharkii Poke Bar at Solano Mall in Fairfield. It was great!!! I had the tuna and salmon poke. Monica was so nice and helpful. I had all three sauces as it was my first time. The fish was fresh with no smell. The rest of the ingredients were fresh and tasty. The portion was enough to fill me up. I really enjoyed it and will certainly be back!

Vanessa was very rude…The food here was great and usually so is the service but yesterday changed my mind by a long shot. I was greeted rudely by a server named Vanessa at least that’s what her name was on the recipe. She rolled her eyes as she took my order and was looking at her co worker to try and make her take my order instead. She made my whole experience worse by the amount of sighs she let out. Maybe she was having a bad day but I didn’t respect the service. I will definitely not be coming back here unless it’s another server. Also she got my order wrong….

Poke is my go-to when I'm craving a refreshing and filling meal. This spot came up in the area, did not know it was in the mall. The portions are decent, but I find myself wishing for just a bit more. The ingredients were fresh, and menu options were various but simple to choose from. My personal favorite combination is the ahi tuna/salon rice/salad with everything and pineapple wasabi mayo.The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They'll happily guide you if you're a poke first-timer and recommend combinations based on your preferences.

Finally a new reason to head to the Fairfield mall. On a mad search for a neon outfit for a glow party I realized that I wasn't finding anything because I was hangry I didn't want grease food and to my surprise they had a poke bar. It isn't the biggest one I've been to but had all of the essentials plus boba peach green tea with lychee's jelly is my fav. And soft serve fruity flavors the service was fast and friendly. Vera ll well worth the trip and I will definitely be backI'd love to see them make it in this brutal economy so if your r in the area- Give them a try

The person who took my order was sweet & helpful. I scanned the menu looking if they have a salmon poke bowl & they didn't. So I asked for the ahi & salmon poke bowl & asked to just have all salmon instead because I really love salmon & she was able to make that adjustment to my meal which I find really cool. I order a salmon poke bowl & a strawberry black tea with boba. The person who was assisting me added a generous amount of salmon poke(thank you person cuz I absolutely love salmon) into my bowl & you can customize your bowl with their selected toppings & sause which I really like. I gotten the half rice half salad with sesame mayo with all the toppings. The poke bowl was filling & delicious. As for the strawberry black tea, I really like this drink it was really refreshing & the strawberry flavoring really pairs perfectly with my poke bowl. I do want to say that this drink is more on the sweeter side than most bobas I had elsewhere, so if you like super sweet fruity boba I do recommend getting this drink.
