I thought the food was made to order. I ordered a breakfast burrito without potatoes. I was told 1) it's against the rules for the employees to take them out of the burritos and 2) the burritos come to the restaurant premade frozen. I know 1 customer won't affect their bottom line. I wanted the food the way I wanted it. Do not except it your way at Wendy's.

It’s a great restaurant and I’ve never had a bad experience with drive through. However, they paired up with DoorDash, making certain items exclusive to dash pass. That’s ridiculous, I haven’t eaten there since and I won’t until they end it.

Love Wendy's, this location in Fairfield is sketchy and you're bound to see some kind of homeless drug activity on the street. Service is fast in the drive through. They brought back the taco salad which is actually really tasty. Gotta love those square burger patties too!!

Last night I got two bacon double stacks that did not have bacon in them. Since bacon costs extra that means I was shorted. Also, I ordered a medium frosty that I realized was a small as soon as I drove off.I really hope that this doesn’t happen again.
