Bad service. They never have anything cook. They told me they were baking some more pretzels so I wait 20 minutes because that’s what they told me. Then after 20 minutes the rude lady front the counter told me to wait another 20 extra more minutes. The crew is rude and they’re always in their phone. They need to fire or train them. Old friends used to work in this location 8 years ago and they used to have nice people working here but this new generation of dumb kids don’t know how to treat costumers.

Every time we come to this mall, for one it’s empty and for two they barely have any pretzels and tell us it’ll be a 15-25 minute wait. We end up walking around the mall for that time frame and coming back just for them to still tell us it’ll be a 20 minute wait and everything will be empty. Seems like the kids that work there don’t want to work…

Usually a must stop place in the mall, but lately, when you pick up the bigh size ones, they are hard instead of nice soft. Hope they get this squared away. The family loves going here

First and foremost, I've been patronizing this business for a couple of years, and I'm extremely dissatisfied with the recent customer service I've received the past few months. One employee in particular is extremely rude. He's of Asian decent, and is very condescending. Doesn't greet not one customer, then has the nerve to have an attitude when responding " What do you want?".. Excuse me? I'm a 35 year old paying customer little boy, adding a couple of cents to your paycheck, so be respectful!!!! We tried ordering mini pretzels, he told us there wasnt any, when there was a whole TRAY in front of him. He was rude to the customers prior to me, and after. If management actually cares about staying in business, and would like to keep us from heading down stairs to Auntie Anne's ( Which we did, and received great customer service), you might want to follow up with the complaints, and do some due diligence, before that employee costs you a lot more than $10.

I came here around 2 on a Friday and the line wasn't very long at all! Service was super quick and friendly. Additionally, in the mall where this is located (Solano Town Center), there are two Wetzel's Pretzel's which is nice.I cannot say much about the ambiance since this was just a kiosk, but in terms of ambiance, expect average shopping mall volume. Seating is available within the mall sitting areas. Also, the pretzel tasted fresh and was very buttery! It was a little bit messy to eat but that's okay. This is definitely a yummy and classic mall snack!

Employees are extremely rude and condescending. Asked for a pretzel and the boy at the counter came back with a snarky "what kind" just a plain pretzel "well they're ALL pretzels" ... STOPshowing off for the little teeny boppers and do your job!

They opened at 10am, I arrived about 10:45am. They we’re prepping a large order so they couldn’t sell me any of the pretzels that were already prepared in the case. I would’ve had to wait 20 mins for them to prepare anything I wanted to order. The associate was apologetic, but I have to say stopping here was a waste of my time. I think there might have been a better way to strategize, like having a few available for purchase for walk up customers. I had a taste for a pretzel but I suppose it saved me money and calories.

Came on a Thursday at 4pm. Employees were on their phone, seemed more concerned about each other than the customers. I got bites and jalapeno cheese, bites had just come out but we're sitting in a bowl on the counter while the employees were on their phones. Pretzels were raw in the middle. Overall not a great experience like I had back in March, new employees don't know how to give good customer service not make good products. I'll try Auntie Annie's next time

Three of the four pretzels we purchased were raw and the fourth item (cinnamon pretzel bites) had no seasoning until we got to the bottom of the bag. We've never experienced such a bad experience ay a Wetzel's Pretzel before.

Terrible service. Young employees more concerned talking amongst themselves about what they have been watching. Cashier barely spoke to me, ignored my hand and dumped my change on the counter and walked off to continue his conversation. Treated the customer after me the same way. Staff needs some training on customer service!
