Amazingly delicious!!!The chef really cares about not only presentation, but most importantly the flavor and freshness is outstanding. I had the shrimp cocktail and the Lobster roll, wonderful ?

Excellent food and service! Ambience was legit with live music and great views of the golf course from the patio dinning area. The manager was very cordial and the server was on point. Food was as good and will come be back.

The food was great and the service was excellent. It's was not very busy. I found it odd, that a restaurant like this would close at 7 pm Monday through Thursday, and at 9 pm Friday and Saturday. Especially since it's a resort hotel.

Came here for my grandmothers birthday for a 1PM reservation. We were promptly seated and the staff was very accommodating to my elderly grandparents. The highlight of the meal was the service. I ordered the Drive-In Burger and added avocado and bacon to it. When it arrived I was quite bummed to not see the most fresh avocado placed on top. It was still okay to eat but definitely never preferred. Overall the meal was decent. My grandparents were happy and that's what mattered most on this day. This place has a lot of potential but as of right now, it's got work to do.

Our server Ciriaco León, was professionally attentive and made us feel very comfortable. He never let our cups of wine get empty and the chef served us the sea bass which was perfectly cooked which is difficult to do when it is over an inch thick. So for that, amazing. Not crazy about the sides, but that fish was exquisite. Nice ambience and decor.

We want to like this restaurant because it's within walking distance from our house...but we just can't and it's sad. It sits on such a beautiful property with beautiful views but the food is mediocre (all 'stuffed' items feel and taste prepackaged and strange (peanut butter jalapenos?), the service is kinda ok, but the hours are horrible! The restaurant closes at 7, at a time when most people go out to eat. 9 pm or 10 pm is a restaurant norm. Not sure who they are catering to, golfers, definitely not hotel guests, and not the local community... Change up the menu (hell, drive the 101 and pick 15 great items), and at least keep your place open till 9 pm. After 6 months this place would be full.

4 of us ( 2 couples ) Went in there at 9:50 p.m. on New Year's Eve after we had called they said they were going to stay open late we got there And they said the restaurant was closed but they will serve drinks on New Year's Eve . Smh Don't tell us the restaurants going to be open and then when we get there no it's closed especially on New Year's Eve lame The rooms are okay though. ( Yes it was on a Sunday night but it was New Year's Eve )

Beautifully set up against the hill on a manicured golf course sits Aquaterra restaurant, I was invited to share a thanks giving meal prepared here. I was simply delighted in the perfect holiday food. Every dish reminded me of something home cooked by the best grandma over many days! Service was provided by Monica Puppe, definitely ask for her if you decide to dine here. Thank you so much!!!

Beautiful! We sat outaide just off the gold clurse and had breafast. The eggs were pretty amazing and the thick cut bacon did not disappoint. I ordered the bottomless Mimosa which helped wash everything down.

Still great food here. As of this update, the resort is under construction so be prepared to be inconvenienced to a nominal degree including parking lot entrance/exit, building thoroughfare and restaurant seating. This place is still good for a notable meal, cocktails and atmosphere. Do stop in. Dicks
