I was MOST impressed by Eli, who took my complicated order and made it happen. I live in Texas, my sister is in the nursing home in Fallbrook. She is particular in her tastes, but being where she is, it’s really difficult for her to get much enjoyment. It hurts my heart so much so I try to do some little things to make her life more bearable. ELI went above and beyond regular limits to help with a difficult order, and I hope he wasn’t in trouble for it! Sometimes, humanity needs to override standard procedures, and Eli got it. The Fallbrook store should be proud to have him as a representative. He is professional and considerate, as well as efficient and quick. Reality is, there are other places in Fallbrook to order food, but because of Eli I will continue to order from there. It’s not so much the company. It’s the EMPLOYEE that makes the difference. Thank you, EliConnie HarpDallas, Texas

This Domino's location consistently fails to impress me. As other reviewers have said, they skimp on toppings. Other than the pizza dough, nothing else resembles a standard Domino's pizza from ANY other location. The crust has very little to no garlic powder, there is hardly any tomato sauce, the cheese is spread only on the middle of the pizza and there are fewer toppings. Also they have forgotten to cut or miss cut the pizzas. Because this is my local Domino's, I keep ordering hoping that on a different night, with a different cook I might get a normal pizza. But NO! Time and again it's a disappointment. I now have to drive to Vista for pizza or plan on adding my own pizza sauce and cheese to this sad pizza starter of an excuse for a pie. I'm also sending my review to corporate because enough is enough.Edited to add: I spoke to a prior employee from this location. They said they were yelled at by the manager (not the current one) when they added double toppings, which the costumer requested and paid for.

Terrible customer service. Very rude and unprofessional when it came to taking our order. When it got delivered, it was still wrong, and the delivery driver was just as impatient and rude as the person that answered the phone.

I would rate this place a 10 if I could I've been there a few times and pizza always been good but tonight as I was walking out I dropped my pizzas and they refused to let me walk out the door. Maybe only 2 pieces of the pizza where messed up but they refused to not make not just one but 2 more pizzas for me 10/10 recommend

Gone downhill fast. How about ringing the doorbell after dropping off the order? Not all of us are glued to an app. Old and stale.

We recently tried different large and extra-large Brooklyn-style pizzas from Domino's Pizza in Fallbrook, and while the thin crust was enjoyable, we were consistently disappointed by the lack of toppings on each pizza. Regardless of the selection, the pizzas had very sparse toppings, with only one or two pieces of sausage or onion per slice and a disappointingly small amount of feta cheese. Moreover, the slices were unevenly cut, adding to the overall dissatisfaction.Despite our repeated requests for double cheese, the pizzas consistently arrived without any noticeable increase in cheese. This lack of attention to customer preferences left us feeling unsatisfied and questioning the value for money. Even with the use of coupons, the pizzas seemed overpriced considering the meager amount of toppings provided. On a positive note, Domino's Pizza in Fallbrook does have the advantage of staying open during late hours, which is convenient for those seeking a late-night meal option. However, this convenience alone cannot compensate for the subpar quality and disappointing service experience. In conclusion, our experience with Domino's Pizza in Fallbrook was below average. The pizzas consistently lacked ample toppings, failed to provide the requested double cheese, and were delivered with unevenly cut slices. While the availability during late hours is noteworthy, it falls short of making up for the overall unsatisfactory experience. We sincerely hope that Domino's Pizza takes customer feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements to deliver a better dining experience in the future.

We ordered Pizza, wings, cinnamon, twists and Philly cheese sandwich. Everything was fresh, and hot when it was delivered! Loved the new delivery tracker on the app.

It's Domino's. The thin crust pizzas are tasty. They're warm. They're made quickly. The people working there are friendly. I picked them up. I didn't try delivery. Other places make excellent pizzas, but Domino's is consistently good takeout. No complaints.
