This was hands down the absolute best chicken sandwich I have ever had. It’s been nearly 2 weeks and I have thought about this sandwich every day since. I’m not local so I just disappointingly picked up a sandwich from my local hot chicken chain which was previously my favorite. Ray’s literally ruined every other chicken sandwich for me.

Don’t read the other reviews. For a food truck, this has given me the best chicken sandwich I have ever had. It’s so greasy, tasty, moist and the Blow your back out Sauce is a must on the Spicy Sandwich w coleslaw as well as the fries. The staff was really nice and they gave me mad sauce when I asked for free. Great small little company with a bomb dot com Spicy Chicken Sandwich. Don’t get the regular one. You’ll miss out on the experience

Treated my family to this place after seeing it get a lot of hype on social media. A complete disappointment. Everyone of our sandwiches(5) was undercooked. There was nothing about the taste to make it stand out. Have not, will not return.

Iv never wrote a review before cause iv never had to I had a hot chicken sandwich from there food truck of the 4th of July and have been continuously throwing up since then it happened to countless of people that I know ate from there that day. I have still not gotten over it it has almost been 5 days

Had the hot chicken sandwich, strips and hurricainiac fries. All of it was delicious! We got the regular heat hot chicken and it was PERFECT! Not too hot but a nice kick with a hint of sweetness. The cool creamy coleslaw, crunchy dill pickles and make ya want more comeback sauce balance it out nicely! The portions were huge and prices unbeatable. Will be back to try more for sure. Very very very very very good fried chicken it was very nice. It made me happy when I was eating it super crunchy and flavorful got the spicy one. Their secret sauce is where it's at it might not be much of a secret but it's super tasty probably going to go back soon so I can keep my weight up.

This place is amazing! From their prices, to the quantity, and quality of the food; everything is top notch! For $8.50 you can get FOUR chicken strips, fries, corn bread, AND coleslaw! If you're on the fence about the spice level, go up from what you think. I got 2 extra hot and 2 hot and I could have done the level 5 for how much I like spice. Definitely stop by and give them a try. DO NOT follow yelps hours, check their website! They are open A LOT more often than what is listed on Yelp! As I write this review I'm back to try them again! Can't wait! **UPDATE** The Cat 5 hurricane spice level is indeed HOT!!! Holy cow! Will definitely just stay at a Cat 4 next time, it was good, but took a glass of milk to continue on through the rest of the strips and plenty of tissues! Haha! More detail on the specific items in the meal: the cornbread is (I hate this word...) MOIST! I'm not a big cornbread person, but their cornbread is fantastic! It even has little bits of jalapeños or some type of pepper in it. The fries were even better this time around. A great crisp level on the exterior but just the right consistency on the inside and the perfect amount of salt and pepper added. Always very thankful for the amount of pickles they put in the meal boxes as well! Love this place!

My friend told me about Rays chicken, so I thought that I would give it a try. I chose the no spice chicken strip plate. It was excellent. It came with fries, Cole slaw and cornbread. There is plenty of chicken on this plate, I will have left overs for next time. Ok mynext visit I will try it with a little spice. Worth checking out

Amazing!! Huge hot chicken sandwiches. One of the best I've ever had. I like crispy fries, so these were a little too soft for me. But that's okay I went for the chicken, and it was great!
