I went on a Friday night with only one person ahead of me. It took them over 30 minutes to prepare my order. There wasn't a long line at all. My order was taken separately causing even more of a delay. Great concept but the service is horrible.

I really enjoy coming here for my tostilocos & treating my children to ice cream. My oldest especially loves their chicle ice cream y paletta. They are wonderful ladies that are all so helpful like Rosie! Very polite and attentive on my request when I order.

Love this place . The ladies were super nice . They go above and beyond. I order the mango smoothie, chia water , corn on a cup . Overall great . Quick service . Place is clean not very busy .

This place can never make my order right. I call them over the phone when I Doordash to make specific requests and they seem to have no listening skills. And we speak the same language. Very upsetting each experience ?

This place is a disaster and the worst MICHOACANA Ice cream I've been to. The owner clearly doesn't care . Flavorless ice cream / no bueno. Just Bad bad bad !!!
If you're willing to sell old corn at least make sure there isn't mold. The flavor was really nasty, stingy with the Cheeto dust and I had order four elotes, and one of them came without Chile power. Even after the lady helping me repeated what I wanted on the corn at least three times.Elote

La selección de sabores es increíble, y lo mejor de todo es que no son súper dulces lo que lo hace un lugar ideal para ir con la familia. El día que fui no estaba muy concurrido lo que ayudó a que nos quedáramos a comer en el local. La muchacha que nos atendió fue súper amable y con mucha paciencia esperando a que mi hijo con autismo pudiera decidir cual helado iba a querer. Nos gustó mucho el trato, el ambiente pero sobre todo las delicias que ofrecen. Pronto volvemos.
