This place has typical diner vibes. The location is pretty small but surprising has a lot of seating! There was equal amount of inside and outside seating. As for the food, it was nothing too special but it was pretty good! I will praise their potatoes though! The potatoes in any form: fries, home fries, and hashbrowns, all of them were delicious. It was a very sweet and cute little restaurant in a little town. Very quiet place and it had a nice thrift store across the street!

This place is delicious, Fallbrook has very few good restaurants. This one is one of the best ones.

New to Fallbrook and studied the YELP reviews. The following are a sampling of why we chose Main Street cafe; Sue, our server was easily and joyfully managing the entire front outdoor area. Sue has the most positive attitude and proved to be the greatest server I have ever met. She loves life, her job and after 10+ years...loves her customers more than ever! The ambiance was casual and upbeat. It was 10am Sunday and the place was packed with a line waiting. Gina the owner has this clean and wonderful gem, well managed. The food was outstanding; I ordered 3 poached eggs, sausages and a small order of biscuits and gravy. WOW!! Tastiest homemade flaky biscuits, creamy seasoned gravy and amber-colored yolks-poached eggs! Loved this darling-fun place and loved SWEET SUE

Horrible service!! Needs improvement in customer service. We had to ask for everything including more water, napkins, coffee.

Food was delicious and the service was wonderful! My friends and I came on a fairly busy Saturday morning for brunch and they seated us within 5 minutes. The employees were all extremely pleasant and helpful too! In regards to the place itself, it's a bit small, but it's cute. Overall, would come here again.

This place is excellent! Our waitress was SOOOOO friendly and made us feel so welcome! She was very fast and helped us out with the menu. Portions are also significant, and the food is served fresh. A must-try if you're in the area!

Wonderful service. Friendly atmosphere. Diner food, but GOOD quality. Favorite is the Popeye Omelet. On Sundays, they have extraordinary chicken noodle soup. Can get busy on weekends but they turn tables pretty quickly. Recommend for a casual, tasty meal.

Great food, great breakfast and lunch selection. Great service too! I know the owner Gina, she's the best. And I know most of the waitresses too. Always greeted like a friend and always a smile!:)

I came in a bit depressed since it was my birthday, being military away from home and the waitress went out of her way to make me feel at home and cheer me up.

Traveled down to Bonsall from Northern California for a wedding and Wanted a good simple breakfast. Found this place on Yelp with great reviews and thought we'd give it a try. We got some great omelettes and the waitress was very attentive without hovering. Will come gain next time we're in town.

Came here for a birthday breakfast and it was a great start to the day. Our server Sue was so kind, and treated us so well. The meat lovers skillet was a good size, and came with biscuits and gravy. Expected it to come in a sizzling skillet, with crispy hash brown potatoes waiting at the bottom, but instead it was a bit soft. The eggs and bacon plate was pretty basic for me. The bacon left me a little disappointed. I wanted them to be a little more crispy and fatty. But, it's all preference. Some like bacon with meat, I like my bacon thick, fatty, and crispy. And felt the same for my potatoes - wish it had a little crisp to it. If based on the service alone, this place would be an easy 5 stars for me. But, overall, I wasn't blown away with the food itself.

This pace was really out on a rainy Sunday morning. We had a party of six we were sat within 10 minutes. I got the chorizo skillet. I have to say it wasn't my favorite. The. Chorizo was very different than what I am accustomed to having. The gravy is not sausage gravy, which is fine but the richness of sausage gravy is always more tasty. The waitstaff was very friendly
