I don’t recommend this place because it’s the third time in the past three months they get something wrong on my order. It even showed on the receipt what I ordered and it’s almost like they did things on purpose. So I went there last Thursday afternoon (1/11/24) and six burgers that order customized were wrong and what bothered me the most was that the receipt had a label saying it was double checked. They put 6 pickles on a burger I ordered with no pickles! It even said on the box no pickles. They gave me the burgers the opposite of how I ordered them. My rational thinking says they did it on purpose. The girl at the second window didn’t even greet me and I get it, it’s fine, they’re busy but doing my order wrong multiple times is not cool. I told her in a nice way if she could put extra ketchup in my bag and she even said yes. I get home and no ketchup in the bag. On good note, at least they got my 4 drinks correct. I’m a local and I’m not going here in a while. I decided to leave this review so it doesn’t happen to others.

Their chicken nuggets are always good. Service is about what you would expect from a fast food business. The homeless people loitering around the drive thru could really use some work. Ate in there once and some younger guy was just wandering around the restaurant shouting incoherently and no one was doing anything about it.

No shakes again and if you order a shake on the McDonald's app the drive through attendant will literally tell you it can't be refunded unless you call the number on the app. 12/31/23.

I ordered almost a $40.00 worth of food. The fries were old and cold. The ice cream machine was down ( it's always out of order ) I had to wait almost 10 mins in the drive thru. Customer service was terrible. They didn't wanna find some ways to compensate me. Like replace my old fries for fresh new ones. I'm not satisfy with their service. They really need to have HR to come down and teach their management team on how to improve this location. Never coming back to this place. Other fast food places can earn my money instead.

The food is very good and the beverages are at its normal quality and all the prices are fair but the one thing that I have a concern here is that a lot of teenagers would go in the back or in the middle of the place get on a call and start laughing very loudly making the customers uncomfortable, disturbed, and annoyed also not to mention the cleaning isnt quite the best becuase ketchup bags all over the floor and drinks with fries and whatever but overall if your just looking for a quick not fancy but at requirements place this is the one but try to ignore the problems.

It's McDonald's. They had what I wanted, and the drive-thru order was correct. Expectations met!
Do not come to this McDonald's! From not being acknowledged by any employee to having my food tray thrown on the table by this manager. I also received my kids fries black specks all over it. When I asked if this is how they are supposed to look the worker said "yes it is" and didn't see the issue.

If I can give this place 0 stars I would I ordered through the kiosk because none of the worker tried to approach me. One of the managers as seen in the pictures was very rude she was bringing me and my family out food instead of handing it to us she threw it on the table and sped away from us before we can say anything. I ordered a kids meal for my kids and there fries had burnt food from previous fries on them and said that it was supposed to look like that which I know for a fact that they are not it's only supposed to be salt on them. As well as another manager she's a short blonde kept staring at me and my husband in a rude way and even started talking about why they replaced our fries that it was fine.

The deluxe quarter pounder combo meal I ordered today at the Drive-up window was the worst burger and fries I have ever tried to eat. The burger was tasteless and tomato had a weird taste, which I removed. The med fries were cold and did not fill the box. I have not gone to McDonalds in years and will not go again to the Fallbrook McDonalds.
