First of all, all I wanted to do was sample an on tray and a they said no. They said due to COVID they didn’t do it at this location!? Second, the flavored lemonade they have it under lock and key, for some reason and no free refills. The strawberry Fanta had no sweetener it had no flavor and Petrona G our cashier was so unfriendly and condescending. As if these people could do as they please and have no consequences.

Just stepped into panda. Worked with someone named Elianna. She was very fast. Very attentive. She was also making sure to talk to the people that were waiting in line And I had a big order and she managed to get it done in under three minutes. Quite impressive! Thanks again I will be stopping at this panda for sure just because of how fast everybody on the team seems to be. But shout out to Elianna.

They have new Chili Shrimp that says it's spicy. I'm ok with a little spice but not much so I ask for a sample. They say they don't do samples. Guess I'll never be able to have the NEW shrimp. Should be handing out free samples to spread the word about their new flavor. What happened to the toothpick free samples like the good old days??

The smaller portions are starkly obvious, but Panda Express has taken a novel approach to fooling their customers. They merely had their styrofoam serving containers downsized so it looks like you're still getting a full plate! Less food, but all at the same price, of course.

I want to give a shout out to all the employees working at Panda. You are all doing a great job! The multi tasking with mobile orders and the dinner rush! Yes there's a wait but I see you all working very hard to make sure we get our meals. Thank you!

My family & I were regulars at Panda. This evening we stopped in & got our usual 2 plates, one white rice with double orange chicken & the other Kung pan with chow mein. Once home we sat down to eat & the white rice just about broke my daughter's tooth. It was not cooked. It looked fine but it wasn't. Gave the store a call & spoke with Kevin. I explained to KEVIN that the white rice was not cooked & was disgusting. He replied "it looks fine". Told him to try it & explained to him I'm a regularly there. He went on to say "they can replace the rice".I then explained to him we lived 15 minutes away on the otherside of town. He replied with "I can write your name down for next time & give you a free side of white rice". I explained that the whole plate has to tossed out because the rice is mixed with the chicken.His response was, "I can only replace the rice". Seriously. So what, am I expected to do, take each piece of chicken & clean it off? I Asked him why can't you just replace the plate, he again continued to act as though I was an inconvenience for him & said, 'no only the rice.'

This location is the closest to me & I just have to say I've been waiting for an online order for 30 mins now past the time it said it was going to be ready. The only worker I see is the kind girl, rose . Everyone else is not helping her and they're goofing off. She is packing the food and taking the money while the other employees are talking. There's so many people and she's working so hard . What is the point of working as a team. This is disgusting to see especially in this town. Do better and hire better workers. Rose doesn't deserve this and I hope she realizes her worth rather than working in a location that doesn't appreciate her.

This location used to be great, but now the food quality has greatly gone downhill. The kung pao chicken has a very thin bland, watery sauce now. Broccoli beef was over cooked and tasted terrible. I threw out most of the food.
