My daughter and I tried this place for the first time today. It was clean, the food was great. The owner was super nice and gave us a tour the whole shop. We will definitely be back to this shop

Went in this weekend and was pleased to see quite a few customers. My daughter's friend was working there. It's great that they are hiring and training local teens, giving them an opportunity to gain experience and earn some money. I love cheese bagels and was happy to see they had a few options. The bagels were nice and chewy. My only request is that they add a lox spread.

I'm so glad they opened a second location close to our house. They make the best bagels in our area. They have a wide variety of sweet and savory bagels, delicious cream cheeses, and muffins. There are a number of breakfast and lunch sandwiches on the menu. The owners and the staff are friendly and helpful. Everything they make is fresh and delicious.

Big Apple Bagels is the BEST! Awesome service and delicious, fresh food. We’ve been eating at the EDH location since it opened but am so happy to hear another location opened in Folsom. Scott and crew are awesome!

I went in today expecting something unique and exciting. Nothing of the sort, a few muffins in the case, and a young man behind the register with no personality. No small cups for coffee, so the customer gets to pay for a large cup, and drink half of it.

Went in today and ordered a bagel and coffee. Both were great and the staff was so kind and helpful! Employees had such an infectiously happy attitude and I will definitely be back!
5 stars and it's only their SOFT opening! I dropped in on day 1 and it was fantastic. Both bagels I got for myself and my wife were so good, and the new staff in training was hard at work! Scott was on the POS system and the employees in training were on top of it grabbing my order and prepping it whole he was ringing me up...to the point where he turned around to do it and they were a step ahead! Very impressed with how things were, and looking forward to my next stop in! Just remember, it's still their SOFT opening and links will happen as employees continue to train and get acclimated! Very excited to have these guys much closer now! Cheers to another local family doing big things!

I was SO exited when I heard Big Apple was coming to Folsom. I went in on the first day and got a dozen bagels and two cream cheese spreads. I also grabbed a few mini muffins. I'd never tried the jalapeño spread before, and I was really glad I did. So good. Will always get that in the future. The sundried tomato one was also really good. The bagels were fresh and delicious, and we will definitely be regulars.

We couldn't wait for the shop to open. Went in once it was great. Went a second time and both of our orders were wrong. The person making the order we couldn't understand him, and didn't look very professional. When we got the correct order, the paper and bag it came in was covered with cheese. We'll try a third time and see what happens.

Was looking forward to this new bagel shop in Folsom as there is not that many to choose from. There is ample free parking. The location was clean and inviting. I did order a dozen bagels and cream cheese to go but I would definitely come back and dine in. Customer service was friendly and helpful. The bagels were fresh and tasty. The prices are in line with inflation, but that is what is to be expected. My only disappointment which I'm not sure they have control over since it is a franchise is while they do have lox and they do have an assortment of flavored cream cheese they don't have a lox spread. Other than that this is a great option and I look forward to trying other things on their menu!
