First time here tonight. This restaurant seems to be struggling. Only one waiter and one person making food in the whole place but our waiter was working hard to serve everyone so no complaints there. Appetizers came waaaay after most of our entrées randomly. Sushi was good but fried tempura was soggy and oily and there were fruit flies that just kept hanging around our face and food. Really annoying and gross. I won't be going here again. P.S. there's also a "policy statement" which is the first page of their menu. It was a full page disclaimer. As soon as I saw that, I should have just got up and left. On their menu, really? Oh well.

Attended Mid December 2023 on a Saturday evening. Wasn't too busy when we arrived around 530. Our sushi roles were great, however the rest of our experience.. not so much.I will add this is not Blue Nami anymore, but new ownership and new name. We weren't seated right away, waited a couple minutes. Our wait time dor sushi roles seemed standard, however my dad ordered a teriyaki chicken bowl that came 15 minutes after my sushi. We asked about his meal after I was almost done with my roles. His food came out and before my dad have even dove in, we noticed the chicken was uncooked and still pink in the middle. Our served apologized and shared that they did rush the food out. Our meal was compd, but we were heading to a movie so they brought our food out to go.Ultimately, really disappointed and pink chicken just isn't accetable... even if you are understaffed.

The food was great. However, when it came to describing the menu items, the waiter didn’t do a great job. We ended up with something we didn’t really want. Rather than trying to correct it and give us what actually wanted, they refused and instead proceeded to attempt to correctly explain the menu item after the food was on the table. It felt strange, to say the least.I ended up giving away much of my meal to other members of my party and they seemed to enjoy it a lot. It wasn’t what I wanted so I didn’t have much of an appetite for it.If I’d been given the order I wanted, then this would have been a better rating. However, I couldn’t help feeling disappointed leaving the establishment. If I were to go back, I would be more careful about describing what I want to eat. I know now that I can’t count on the waiting staff for that.Kid-friendliness: They have excellent kid bento boxes.

I am the hostess here and would like to address the review by Tan V. He came to the establishment 45 minutes after we closed. I could see that he was trying to call us from outside, but we had close so no one picked up. All lights and signs were off. When I went to leave, he told me that we needed reopen because he was " a special customer". When I told him that we had closed and the chefs had gone home, he asked if I could show him another sushi place in the Palladio. I told him that he could look down the street. That's when things got weird. He asked me to show him where it was and I told him that it wasn't to far. He then ask me again to show him. I said no. It was late and he was making me uncomfortable. He then asked if he could just follow me. I said no. He said he would pay me if he could follow me. I of course said no. At this point I had started knocking on the door hoping someone was still inside and could hear me. When I started do that, he started coming towards me asking me where I was going and why was I trying to get away from him. Luckily my coworkers were inside and one was able to let me in. When we closed the door he tried to open the door, but it had locked behind us. He waited outside while we tried to figure out what we should do. And when we all left, five people which I could see he wasn't expecting, he started playing his guitar and trying to get our attention. We ignored him due to the fact that he was starting to make me panic, which my coworkers could obviously see. When he realized that we wouldn't acknowledge him, he got irritated and got into his white Toyota Sienna and pulled out. We all started walking to our cars together and figured he was going to leave us alone since he was driving the other direction, but then he turned around and followed us. We tried to ignore him, but he rolled down his window and wagged his finger at us like he was trying to scold us, then slowly drove off. My coworker later found out that there were multiple accounts of someone, matching his description with the same car, had been reported to be doing the same thing late at night to other girls throughout the Palladio. So don't for one second think that we were rude to him just for the fun of it. I should have called the cops.

Tried Blue Nami at the Palladio Shopping area on a whim and was pleasantly surprised. The hostess sat me right away and provided me with the menu which had a wide assortment of sashimi, sushi and other options. I choose the tempura shrimp and the sashimi platter (16 pcs). The food came out right away and everything was excellent. Very satisfied.

Came here for last minute Valentines dinner. It worked out great!! Not only they gave each lady a rose they also gave a complimentary desert to make our date even sweeter! Yummy sushi no matter which roll you pick they are all pretty good. Will definitely come back !

Food was average and prices were high. Lighting was terrible and they are extremely understaffed, only one server that is also host. Instead of spending hundreds of thousands on decorations spend it on lighting and staff. Other than that place was ok.

Well.... They got rid of the 50% off Menu. And where that menu used to be is still lots of choices...but it's kind of like they all have the same stuff on it..give or take. They got rid of all the hood rolls like rolls Royce, kawaii, the Jason, volcano, sexy French.. and so on. Those were my favorite especially the ones with pineapple and mango on them. BUT..The rolls we did pick were pretty good..They had siracha sauce and jalapeños on them. Weren't bad. Now the prices were more then we would have wanted to pay. Instead of 6 rolls like before we got 4 and it was actually more the the 6 used to be. $15 a roll. I know that about normal probably but we were used to the 50% off menu. Lol and we get sushi like once a year. So the rolls that we did get are in the picture and they were good. :) The service was ok, poor server lady I couldn't understand anything she said. :( and she spoke so soft. But overall good experience. I give 4 stars only because they got rid of all of our favorite rolls. We might not be back to this one. I'm hoping the others still have the rolls we always get. But we won't know until next year when we go again! Lol

Had a great experience. Great atmosphere, not too loud, good house sake, and excellent simple rolls. Loved the Philly roll.

I've been coming here for years and not since covid tho.I came here tonight for my birthday and it was terrible . The worst bbq tuna I've ever had in my life . Over cooked to the max . The pepperfin wasn not fresh it was mushy and ponzu sauce was weak . Potstickers lacked flavor and weak dipping sauce . Just not good quality anything tonight super disappointed .

Was served old, stale tempera shrimp. They blamed it on their heat lamp but that was not the reason it was gross- it was old, left over, yesterday’s shrimp and they were trying to cut corners to save a dime. The ahi was old and bad. They tried to drown it in their sauce but it still tasted awful. I do not recommend eating here unless you want a day off work because food poisoning, guaranteed.Oh and the bathroom has a toilet leaking all over, the scent sprayer is aimed right at your head/face on top of the paper towel dispenser which could potentially spray people in the face/eyes.My family will never eat here again.
