Workers seemed a bit rude lazy at first, and they didn't tell me "welcome in" or "have a good day". However, when I made a mistake by accidentally ordering a vanilla shake instead of an oreo shake thru the app, the lady offered to make me an oreo one even tho I already said "my bad, I'll just have the vanilla one".

We ordered some food through the drive thru, we get home and realized the fried zucchini wasn't full. They raised the prices so you would think they could at least fill the order. It was half empty. I called and asked why this order of almost $5 was half empty and the guy who answered the phone was completely rude, then went on to say the prices are only going to get worse and get higher. Not sure who trained this person in customer service, but it was horrible. I have no problem paying the extra for things but fill the order when purchased. To make things worse, there was hair in my food. We have gone to this location without issues in the past.. the staff have been friendly..but this guy was out of line and nobody should have to worry about someone else's hair in the food that you just paid for. I'll take my business somewhere else!

Ordered a large combo in the drive thru, specifically because I wanted a large drink. I was then given a very small drink and told that the lemonade only comes in small size. I had already paid so they wouldn't give me a larger drink. They really should tell people if certain drinks can't be large before you purchase your meal. They then didn't give me a straw as well. Very poor service.

I walked in after a hard bike ride because I really needed something to eat. I was feeling a little lightheaded. Steve (I hope that is his name) helped my friends first since they knew what they wanted. Now, what usually happens is that servers help them first and then walk away when they're done ordering, leaving me alone at the counter waiting until their order is out so I can order; or, my friends call the server back to take my order. I'm afraid of confrontation. He actually stayed at the counter to take my order. It may be silly, but Steve ensuring that all of our orders were taken and even helping my friends get a good deal on their chicken stars says a lot about his customer service skills. The food was Carl's Jr. standard.Parking: It's a strip mall, so there's always parking.

The service was horrible I didn't get her name but she was this oversized young girl .she gave me an attitude the whole time . I know it was early in the morning and she probably wasn't having it .You don't know what other people are going through why make their day worse? She got my whole order wrong . I came inside to let her know she did it wrong . Gave me an attitude and turned around and left me talking by myself . I sure wish I could say something but I'm just not like that . All I could do is pray for that girl . As for me I'm never going back there again she ruined my morning didn't even eat my burger it was disgusting. I had to download Yelp just to come in here and say something. Still can't believe it .I work in customer service and what brings people back is your smile ,good food and the great service. Please whatever your going through don't take it out on others smh

Strict "one sauce per side" policy. Avoid these guardians of ranch. Note for Carl's Jr in case they read reviews: if you charge for sauce, train your employees to ask "any dipping sauce?" when taking an order, and not to threaten to call the cops when the customer is asking for one extra ranch.

One biscuit that was cooked for a Saturday morning. Apparently they don't anticipate selling more than one item using a biscuit before making another batch and then having people wait for more biscuits."That'll be a full wait time". Like I know what that means...Now just typing a review while experiencing a "full wait time" all for overpriced biscuits (flour and water). They'd rather make customers wait than run the risk of wasting flour and water...
