Being a chipotle regular, it hurts me to write this review as i visited this location for the first time, i went in excited about the new Al pastor chicken, and when i ordered it, the young lady poured the smallest amount of the chicken possible to man, the actual burrito turned out to look like a kids size happy meal of a burrito and being a 6ft gentlemen, that is disheartening, i will not return to this chipotle location after this experience, of paying full price for what should have been a FULL burrito.Sincerely,an unhappy chipotle customer

I went to get some salsa, just salsa and they wanted to charge alot, for little cups. Come on, used to be cheaper or free, also bad customer service, dont go to this location unless you like rudeness. I left with nothing.

Staff barely put any meat on the burrito it day they did not have enough carne asada. Then barely put any salsa, sure cream , or cheese on it.

Went here to order a bowl of chicken and pork, the lady gave me 1/4 of spoon of chicken, I can even count it, it has 4 pieces of chicken when I start eating it. This is the worst store ever. Don't bother coming here.

We all girlfriends enjoyed going out together all the time. This is one of our favorite places to chit chat and grab a quick bite. Most of us ordered vege bowl and sofritas which is made of tofu.Staff is friendly and it was a clean place as well.Parking: Sometimes parking is tough to find.
Although normally I don’t leave negative reviews, the cashier I had today - Macy - was incredibly rude and hostile to me when I asked a clarifying question.My order came out to double what it normally does even though I always order the same thing. I asked Macy why the price was different solely for understanding and was met with eye rolls and attitude and an exasperated, “there’s nothing I can do!” Nobody asked for a price reduction - I was just confused.I’ve worked in customer service for about 10 years now and the attitude I was met with was unwarranted when all I wanted was to understand.Other than this unfortunate encounter, the rest of the employees have always been wonderful! Macy could learn from them.
This location only has one person on-duty to serve your order. The line was long. Other workers at back either prep food or does some cleaning. They will drop in to help the on-duty server to take care the cash register. Burrito was very salty but had good portion.

Rating low poor quality of service . I had placed online order for V Salad . Item had meat . I wouldn’t recommend Chipotle if you’re vegetarian or allergic to certain food item . They don’t do sufficient training not to mix up food items .

Arrived for dinner and was served 2 carnitas tacos quickly. They were of good size and the service was great. I paid $7.76. That is a deal.

Stopped by this Chipotle and got a Barbados burrito bowl. Brought it home and opened it up to see that it was partially filled! Also, brown rice tasted dry. I will not go back to this place and it will be a long time before I go back to any Chipotle, if I do. Very disappointed!

Had lunch from this location today...Chipotle is my favorite fast-food restaurant and I have been eating it since they opened in San Diego. This particular location is so above average, I get spoiled eating anywhere else. Compared to the Bidwell store in Folsom which has horrible service, the Iron Point store always has great food, always made correctly, I always order via the app and it is always ready on time (I think once it was 4-minutes late, but the app said it was taking a bit longer so I am okay with that) and the employees are friendly and attentive...and the store is always clean. So every store COULD have a bad day or just get everything in your order wrong, but this store will try not to every time! I drive 3 extra miles to this location so I can avoid the Bidwell store.Vegetarian options: The Sofritas (seasoned tofu) protein option is vegan and vegetarian approved, as is their tortillas, rice, beans, salsas and guacamole. You can get a burrito, burrito bowl or salad, however for obvious reasons, the chipotle-honey vinaigrette is not vegan. My mom & dad eat meat but they prefer the Sofritas at Chipotle and may be the least spicy of all the proteins.Dietary restrictions: All meals are 100% customizable and they have ingredient lists available and the staff will probably know if you ask them.Parking: The restaurant is in sort of a strip mall with many anchor stores and Chipotle is at the street side of the parking lot of which there are many spaces to park.
