We, a family of four, came in to each get an ice cream. There were 3 groups of 2 in front of us but the person helping them seemed competent. There was at least one person in the back not helping people, but probably doing other admin things. Another employee came in from outside and the competent employee left the front to allow the newly arrived employee to handle the customers that have now multiplied behind us. This employee moved so slow that we ended up only offering 2 out of our 4 wanted deserts we were hoping to get because it was embarrassing to us that we felt everyone in the store was waiting on us as we waited on this employee.This location has steadily gone down hill. Plus, you add in 2 other employees leaving a less than motivated employee out to serve the entire store was disappointing.

Ordered a waffle bowl with Boo batter with the trick or treat mixing. We pointed to the picture and advertising of what we wanted. Employee did not know to make it - must have been a trainee with no training. Ice cream was like soup! We wi take it home and put it in the freezer. I'd avoid this location.

4:09pm today just left because we were greeted by a girl in the back at 3:58pm. Waited 10 minutes and she never came out to serve us. Horrible service. We left and are going to Handels Ice Cream.

Been coming here for about 7 years now since I moved to Folsom. Many different (more fancy modern or famous) ice cream shops have opened over those years. What keeps me coming back to this Cold Stone creamery is the Staff! They have some of the nicest people working here. After not seeing Ally who was working tonight for a year she remembered my order. May seem small to some but means a lot to me. And also Love their Almond Milk chocolate ice cream!

We visited this Coldstone while in Folsom. Hands down the worst service we’ve ever received at a Coldstone. The young man helping us was rude and seemed like he didn’t want to be there. When asked if they had sweet cream ice cream, he said, “I don’t understand what you’re saying.” When asked if the pecans are whole or crushed, he shrugged and said, “I don’t know.” Seriously? My wife and mom said he must be slow or “special.” Ok, maybe… so, when he handed my wife her pistachio ice cream that was so soft it was practically like a milkshake in a cup, I was done. I walked over to the lady owner and asked if “that worker” is slow because if so I want to be sensitive to that. She said no, he isn’t. I explained he’s been rude since we walked in and doesn’t seem like he wants to help us. She goes on to explain, “He has a really bad cold and wants to go home.” …………….I do want to recognize the assistant manager who was so friendly and took charge to get my wife a new pistachio ice cream that was frozen, not mush. Great attitude and was hustling the whole time on online orders, I believe.

I came in today and experienced the most kind and positive customer service I have had in a while. Two of the workers made great conversation and were very positive even through a rush. They were very fast but I did not feel rushed. I believe their names were Aaron and Chrystine.
Young man named Jaime is very kind and so energetic and you can see he loves working here! Thank you so much for the great service.

This place sucks , came here with my kids and really wanted a waffle cone Reese’s . They have advertising all over the place for them on the windows and door and walls and even menu . But ….. they have no waffle cones and no batter to make waffle cones …. So first and last visit I’m not impressed .

The three stars are for the girl busting her a** as the only one working. I believe her name was Anikka (I only caught a glimpse of her name tag), but she had a line to the door, a mobile order come in and someone waiting for a pick up order and she kept her cool. I've been in that situation as a service worker and it's not fun. So props to her. I'm baffled that there's only one worker closing. If she stays busy like that until closing time she will have no time to do any pre-close which will make her close take longer and then she'll be leaving very late and by herself. Something's gotta give. It's not fair to the workers and it's not safe.

I came in to pick up my daughters ice cream cup cakes I had ordered online. I was in line while one person was helping the family in front of me. A couple of high school girls came in behind me. A few minutes later another worker, obviously friends with the girls behind me, comes in and starts helping the girls behind me completely ignoring me. So there I was alone in the middle not being helped even though it was a quick transaction. I ended up getting a kids size ice cream in addition to the cupcakes I ordered and honestly it should have been free given the rudeness and lack of service. The first worker nicely helped me after finishing with the family in front of me. Definitely do not recommend this place due to rude service unless you're a high schooler who is friends with the people who work here.

Jordan and Jenna were working the store this evening, and were a one-two tag team of speed and efficiency as always in whipping together the ice cream creation I ordered, and Jordan served the finished dairy confection to me with her million-watt smile. Service like that is why it's my favorite place in town to get ice cream.
