This place looks like trash. Weeds growing everywhere. The stores are sub par. Shame on the management company for letting it deteriorate. Looks like crap. Stores are not premium.

In a time when in-person shopping is at its lowest, the Folsom "Premium" outlets are still putting up a good fight. You may find a better deal without leaving your seat if you're shopping online, but it's hard to argue against the steep discounts found in this aging outlet mall. I recently revisited them early on a weekday in search of some athletic shoes. They have plenty of brand name stores with big selections here including a Nike, Converse and Adidas store. Sure, shopping online is convenient, but there's something to be said about actually trying clothes on before you buy them. I was able to find a great pair of shoes for 50% off the standard retail price and get out of there before it got too crowded. The downsides are that this place does still get really crowded on weekends and there aren't many options for food, unless you consider the neighboring McDonald's an option or Auntie Anne's pretzels. Take these factors into account and focus on the shopping and you'll likely have a great experience.

I tried to claim the five dollars check in voucher, however, customer service and security department all were closed before 5 PM this past Sunday? They were supposedly open until 6pm but no one in sight. It got so complicating I went to other stores like Nike and Guess to ask and no one really knows what I am talking about for the voucher so that's me trying my best and hauling kids while figuring this out just was not worth it

My fiance and I came here on a trip to Lake Tahoe, and it quite frankly is one of the best outlets you will ever see! So much to choose from, at such decent prices, you can't visit this outlet without buying at least something! If your traveling through or are in the area, you will not regret stopping here! Must visit!

We all know what we are here for, cheap out of season items at relatively cheap prices compared to visiting the mall counterparts. Folsom premium outlets is located centrally well in just off Folsom Blvd and Iron point road. Lots of places to eat just outside the outlet and bank of Tesla chargers for those lucky Tesla owners. This location has a lot of the major retailors you would expect such as Nike, Coach, GAP, Levi. The location is a bit unorthodox compared to some of the other locations I have been to. The layout is confusing and sometimes I find myself consulting the map to find the store I am looking for. It is a bit more lowkey than you would see at the other norcal outlets such as Vacaville and Livermore but we didn't come here for appearance, only the deals!

Omfggg I love love that they had Coach and MK right next to each other. We had so much fun shopping here! If only we had more time. (Came from Fresno for the day)

We were driving from Socal to Reno. We decided to stop at this location to rest and do a little shopping. We arrived at 6pm. At around 645pm we decided to head out to our destination. Before we went back to our car we decided to use the restroom. We found out that there was only ONE open restroom in the whole outlet! The cleaning lady didn't want us to use the bathroom and yelled "We close at 7pm!" Mind you, it was only 645pm! (your website states that closing was 8pm). We still went ahead and use it because of our long journey. I felt sorry for the young lady behind us because she was turned away by this selfish staff. I have a couple of recommendation on how this location can improve customer service: 1. Open more than ONE rest area (it was Friday, the beginning of Labor Day weekend). 2. Please educate your staff and employees about customer service (they need to understand that patronizing customers like us are the reasons your businesses are open and they have jobs!!!) DO NOT TREAT US LIKE A NUISANCE!

This was a once great premium outlet location close to home with all of the best top of the line stores to see all in one location. Since visiting recently it has really lost its luster with a lot of of the stores sitting empty . And when I mean a lot... I mean a lot! Pretty much every other store is closed down with a for lease sign in the window. So sad.
This place has the standard outlet stores. Parking was plentiful on a Sunday Night. The layout is a bit awkward. It seems like this place use to be a business office building and it was converted to a commercial mall. All the stores have a single door for an entry and exit so it can get a bit crowded trying to enter or exit the store.

I always enjoy coming here it's a fun outdoor mall they have several different stores to choose from they have coach outlet and they have all kinds of different stuff they have food establishments they have a lot of different clothing stores and all kinds of stuff it is definitely a place for the whole family it's a very clean atmosphere very clean establishment my favorite store is the coach outlet they always have A lot of purses and wallets on sale they have tore it over here which is one of my favorite stores they have a very big parking lot with lots of different places to park all of the employees that work here are very friendly and very helpful They are great to help you find exactly what you need and I like the fact that they will go above and beyond to help you find exactly what you need this is definitely a great place to get clothes shoes purses handbags or anything else you may need they have it all lots of the name brands They also have a lot of places to eat I will definitely be coming back here again soon I highly recommend this establishment For everyone we will definitely enjoy it and definitely get everything you're looking for and probably more thank you Folsom outlet for everything you do

If you want to go to the outlets and avoid the crowds and the traffic then this is the spot! With Nike, Adidas, IZOD, Ann Taylor, the gap, Kate spade, coach, etc etc, there is plenty to choose from. A small scale food court, but they have the essentials on site or nearby - chili's McDonald's, Burger King, Taco Bell, coffee. The outlets are walkable too!

Apparently they stop serving food 30mins before closing. I found this out by Cane or Kane not sure of the spelling but I called and that was the name he gave. I'm writing this review because he acted like he hated me, his job and who knows what else. He seemed like he needs help before he goes postal lol Chill out Kane, u are ur brother's keeper!!
