This review is based upon 2 visits to Dolan's. My first visit was to just check it out, so I had fries, Guinness and a shot of Irish whiskey. Second time, I brought a friend and we split the beet salad (BEYOND delicious, especially for a bar!), and we split the empanadas that were on special (also very good!). We got to meet Mike Dolan and Cookie, who made us feel like instant regulars. I ended up ordering their old world corned beef and beet salad to take home to.the husband....read full review
Friendly stuff and a nice atmosphere, however, on the night we went they were having a very loud bingo game and it was a bit too much for us. Perhaps we would have enjoyed it more when it was quieter.

I had the Irish dumplings at Dolan's not very good they came out cold. They don't have the same sauce the flaky pepper sauce and the meat by itself doesn't have much flavor. I thought they were getting a new chef and a new menu bummer that's why I like going there for good
