Ordered a pizza at 6:10… called them at 7:40 and the pizza wasnt even out for delivery… i then ordered from Papa Johns… went picked it up and we finished eating it… then the pizza shows up at 8:20… ice cold pizza.

We've ordered from here several times and it's always been great. But...we got a pizza tonight and from ordered to our door, no kidding, it was 6 minutes. Literally, 6 minutes. We live about a 5 minute drive from the place so it didn't add up. The pizza was clearly just out of the oven so it was very strange. I called the store out of curiosity because the timing was impossible and they told me that they can see the order as it's being placed so they had a jump start on it. I had gotten interrupted when the order was already in the cart so mystery solved. Shout out to the 3 people working there tonight. (11/30/23). They're on the ball!

This place isn't as bad as some people say but then again it depends on your own experience. Our experience was great. We ordered our food through the phone and we picked up our pizza, salads and sides. The people that worked there that night were so friendly so nice. Food was cooked good and left there happy. Got home and food was delicious. Will order from there again.
A couple of friends and I went in tonight. I just wanted to say thank you to Armani and the rest of the crew! They were so awesome, friendly, and totally made my night! Best crew ever, I don’t know what the pay is here but these people absolutely deserve a raise! Thank you!!

You can't beat the price for a pizza and it tastes good. I recommend honey bbq for based, pineapple, and Canadian bacon. Great pizza!

Get our pie from this location from time to time and honestly I'm not sure what the negative reviews are all about. I think maybe our food was delayed by about 10 minutes one time but that seems like an outlier. Our food is typically ready on time and delicious. Salads are fresh and pizzas stay hot until served. Crust is well seasoned and they always are generous with the sauce when requested. If I have a concern, they are a bit light on topping portions but they are tasty. Staff is friendly and responsive. And the price - can't beat it. Highly recommend you give them a try.
This is my second time ordering from this Domino's and I have to say that they have always delivered promptly and with the freshest food. My husband is a 5 star Chef and I own my own Catering business and we were very impressed with the quality and very tasty food they serve. It's a must try if you haven't already.

Ordered a pizza in person at their location and was told would be ready to in 15 minutes. After 15 minutes kept checking every 10 minutes was told is in process. After an hour it appears they forgot about it. They then started baking the pizza and told me they would refund the charge. Was told would get refunded in a few days but never got it. Fraudulent place and bad service. Would suggest people to avoid ordering from here.

Top Tier Customer Service at Blue Ravine Dominos!!!I know it’s difficult to differentiate one Dominos from another, but this one is our local neighborhood Dominos and is One of the best for sure. We usually pick up but opted for delivery this time. There was a mixup on delivery and one of our items was forgotten and another was a bit incorrect. Not a huge deal since we’ll eat almost anything from there. The team was super responsive to our complaint and more than made up for it with outstanding customer service and a new order delivered immediately. They even covered the whole purchase for the inconvenience.

I was really looking forward to a Domino's Pizza. I asked for thin crust and extra cheese, and to be honest it was terrible. It was a Sunday night and they were extremely busy so I'm going to give it another. Try when it's not as busy I know they can get better.
