The cashiers were fast and helpful. The food was hot and tasty ( really think less salt) on all wings. My problem was 34 minute wait on 30 wings. The one cook was moving slow and not efficient. Maybe they need 2 cooks, or improve system??? I gave the cashier a 10 dollar tip before I waited 34 minutes. The cashiers were nice and fast. Every customer was told , "sorry for the wait." I hope the cook does not get any of that tip.

5-stars for the Wings, 0-stars for the service! In each of the last 3 visits the progressive got longer to wait. This time was over 45 minutes. Please get you stuff together!!!

Delicious, meaty, fried chicken wings this place should be bragging about! Went today for the first time and initially impressed with the decor, approximately 8 flat-screen with a walk up bar area that serves beer on tap very open and clean concept. Brea who took our order was great, walks us thru the flavors, which on the side there's a huge display with their flavors on the side which I appreciated as I hate squinting at a menu with small letters. Tried the garlic parmesan which had shredded parmesan on top, reg buffalo style (a little to spicy for me but good), lemon pepper and dragon (fusion) my favorite! My 10 year old son loved the seasoned fries and kept going on how these fries are "smackin" lol. What I will say these are meaty wings and I was not disappointed! They deserve 5 stars not sure why it's lower and will be back soon!! I've had the other wing places, I'd say this place and Kikis are about even with their quality.

This was not a positive experience. We had an item missing from the order which I'm willing to forgive, but I also ordered all of the wings extra crispy, and they definitely arent. The entire order is over wet and incredibly soggy. I can not recommend and will not return.

I wouldn't eat here even if I had to. Even with the pandemic, some of the people in the back handling the food are not wearing masks. The atmosphere is tense, and the workers seem to hate it there, though they do try to make the guests feel welcome. The food is decent but the presentation is unsightly. I came back three times hoping for some improvement and was let down time after time. Overall disappointed. My husband and I both had high hopes for this place so it's a shame that we can't see ourselves ever returning.

It was our first time in and we chose three different wing flavors to sample. One from regular, one dry rub and one fusion. After about 15 minutes our wings arrived and they were hot and fresh. We enjoyed all three flavors and cannot wait to return to sample the rest.

This spot is awesome!! Better than Buffalo Wild Wings, Better than any other sports bar I've been too!! Go there right now and get you some wings!!!! The spicy peanut butter wings kick butt!!!

Ordered online and requested a ready time of 7:45pm. Once I arrived (7:40pm) I checked in with the one of the chicks at front counter and she told me my order wasn't ready and would be another few minutes. I was ok with that so I sat down and waited for my order. When I had arrived there were 2 workers at the counter but the one that had checked me in clocked out and only the other was left. I waited for over 30 minutes for my order and eventually I got impatient. I spoke with the person at the front desk about the status of my order. She then asked me my name and checked the ticket orders on the window. My order wasn't there so she then checked the orders that were ready just sitting in a corner. The order that had been sitting there for about 25 minutes happened to be mine. My food was cold by then and what frustrates me more is that my order was never called out or that I was never asked why I was waiting so long. I understand it was a busy night but there should be a better way to give out orders. There should also be more than 1 person working the front counter at especially on a Friday night which is busy. I ended up leaving fire wings at 8:20pm very disappointed with the service and not sure if I'll be returning.

PERFECT wings! Juicy, tender, crispy, flavorful, and meaty. They were out of the unseasoned fries so I got tots with my combo. They were just okay--not the best, not the worst. Slow service unfortunately, but it appears there was only one or two people working the kitchen so it's understandable. I would LOVE to see a cider offered on draught! (Gluten/wheat free customers will appreciate it!) Overall, I would recommend! I'd give 4.5 if I could!

I am a total Wings Lover Fan, trying Fire Wings here in Folsom is so AWESOME. The staff was super friendly and their brand new store is spanking clean and spotless. Environment was ideal, a place I can always go for an outlet and to get my wing crave. My food came to order and flavor on point with of course my veggies sticks.The Lemon Pepper is my all time fav, not to mention the peanut butter is off the hook. The flavor outstanding and it is such a friendly place to enjoy some quality time with friends and family. Kid friendly environment too, time to enjoy my WINGS, I am in Wing HEAVEN!
